I quickly adjusted my eye-liner and applied another coat of mascara. I ran downstairs and slipped my patent black stilettos on, I go to grab my bag, my long blue dress getting caught on the banister. I turn and gently untangle it, there's a knock at the door, I open it to see niall stood in a suit, hair slightly messy and blue flower in his button hole and blue tie to match my dress.

Niall takes my hand and leads me to the car. “corie, I'm glad you agreed to come to prom with me, I don't know what I would have done if you had said no.” he says smiling sweetly at me opening the car door for me.

We arrive in the woods, our prom venue, and have our picture taken, niall holds me close to his chest. We walk into the clearing there are tables set around covered in fairy lights and a few candles, there are streamer streamed through trees.

Me and niall sit at a table with my friends Dynasty and her date Kevin and Imogen and her date connor. There are roses around the table, niall takes one and puts it in my hair. “there, I didn’t even think it was possible for you to get more beautiful.” He says kissing my cheek, I blush. I hear dynasty and Imogen awww.

‘make you feel my love’ by adele starts playing, one by one couples gravitate to the middle of the clearing dancing arm in arm. Niall holds my hand and tries to get me to dance, I shake my head. “niall I don't dance, I cant.” I sigh rolling my eyes, he chuckles. “please corie? For me? All you have to do is hug me and move at the same time.” He smirks dragging me up, I give in unwillingly.

Me and niall stay dancing to slow songs until the night is over. “see you can dance.” He whispers in my ear. Niall kisses my cheek. Tonight has been amazing thank you niall.” I say kissing his soft pink lips. “my pleasure, I love being around you corie, I'm glad you agreed to come with me tonight.” He whispers breaking away from the kiss and holding me against his torso.
