(Author's Note: So a lot happened in this week's episode. I'm not breaking up John and Sally for one, I'm going to not have Iris and Liz shoot up... But of course I'm going to have the Hotline Bling incident going on I was literally dying you guys don't even know. Anyways on to the chapter! Merry Christmas guys!)
Alexandria's P.O.V.
I walked through one of the hallways in the hotel. I liked to walk and think. It was a good stress reliever. I tried to find other ways besides self harm to relieve stress, but sometimes I wasn't successful always. I let my mind wander over the events of the last week. At last my mind fell upon the most intimidating event coming up. Christmas, I mean I liked Christmas but at the hotel it was kind of over looked except by Karina and me. My mom tried to celebrate with us when she could. It was just awkward most of the time. We usually didn't buy gifts, it was a present in itself to get some peace between Karina and Mom. I sighed knowing I should try and reconcile with Liz. She was a sweet woman, maybe I could find it in myself to forgive her. I looked up to see Ms. Evers smiling at me brightly. Then I remembered that Iris and Liz had mentioned he got her a washing machine. That made me smile. Though Christmas wasn't big here, everyone tried to be a bit more lighthearted and kind. I couldn't help but get in the Christmas spirit a little bit.
Karina's P.O.V.
I sat at the bar watching my mother and John from a distance. I turned away from them as Liz gave me another drink. I had made a promise to Alexandria that I would try and get along with my mother. We usually sat down at Christmas and ate a meal, this year aunt was throwing a Christmas party. Some of the serial killers from Devil's Night would be coming and most of the residents would dead or alive. Today being Christmas Eve I was deciding on final details and things like that. I got to choose the music, I chose Lana Del Ray of course, despite it not being Christmas. I took a long drink thinking about what type of living hell the party would be. I watched Alex leave with Holden not glancing up at John even once. I knew Aunt would kill her.
Elizabeth's P.O.V.
Today was Christmas. I had been planning this party for a week. I saw Alexandria and Karina walking down the hall towards Alexandria's room. I walked out of my room and down into the sealed off chamber where I was keeping Ramona. I opened the door and saw Rudolph's body. The one man I truly had loved. I immediately knew who had killed him. I would deal with Donovan later though. I dropped onto my knees and began to weep.
After a few minutes spent like that I stood and wiped my tears. I turned swiftly and went back up to the penthouse, to see Donovan dancing. This I had to admit made me amused. He started to hum a bit to the song. Hotline Bling. That was it. I glared walking in front of him and turning the music off. "Donovan! You killed him." I only yelled his name, the rest I spoke with a steely calmness. He shrugged in response. "I'm surprised you didn't run," I said walking closer to him. He shrugged again. "I knew you would find me so I thought what is the use of running?" I narrowed my eyes taking his chin in my hands, "Why?" He yanked his chin out of my grasp. "Your love for him would always shadow you. Therefore deluding your love for me." He hissed. I rolled my eyes, Donovan was not one I could love, easily. I had begun to love him now that was gone. "Watch your back Donovan." That was my last warning to him, it took self restraint to not rip his throat out. I walked out of the main room into my room. I started to get ready for the Christmas party.
Sally's P.O.V.
I walked into the party my arm linked with John's. I was happy he had chosen me. The serial killers were there then the ghosts of Will Drake, Tristan, and the two Swedish girls were there. I saw Karina talking with Tate. Elizabeth didn't know they were together. Alexandria was glaring towards Tristan. Elizabeth and Donovan were distanced and she was occasionally glaring daggers at him. The music was softer in the background. Only the killers, James, Iris, and Liz seemed to be enjoying themselves. John leaned over to me, "There is some tension here.." I rolled my eyes, "Well yes, Karina has a boyfriend Elizabeth doesn't know about. Alexandria killed her boyfriend because he cheated on her. Donovan and Elizabeth.. well I'm not sure what's going on there." John had been unfamiliar with the family dynamic I had with my daughters. He bit his lip, "That seems... tough..." I nodded, "And I basically disowned Karina so it just makes Christmas even more awkward. I have to have a couple drinks before I can manage properly."
I shrugged as we walked over to the bar. I sat down and Ms. Evers was working the bar. I ordered whiskey and John ordered the same. Alexandria came up to me smiling warmly. She glared when she saw John. I took a long drink before turning towards her fully. "Dria." I smiled. She looked beautiful as usual. She was wearing a crimson dress that was off the shoulder I could tell by the neckline. It had cutouts around the waist and hugged her body in the right places, it was also short. She had it paired with a black leather jacket and black heels with an ankle strap. "You look great." I said with a smile. She hugged me, "Thanks Mom, so do you." John attempted to make conversation with her. "Alexandria, how are you?" She gave him a cool stare. "I'm well, thank you. I need to be going now." She walked off promptly and she went over towards Karina. I sighed and turned to look back a John. He let out a small chuckle. "I get the idea she doesn't like me very much..."
Karina's P.O.V.
I watched Alexandria walk over to Tate and me. He looked at me. "She seems pretty mad... I'll talk to you later." I nodded and he disappeared. He was being dead in the sense that he could do that. I turned toward her. She sighed crossing her arms. "I really hate John, he didn't remember Mom for five years and she was still there for him. Now he's back and there's something about him." She said with a glare. I shrugged. "I mean, I really don't have a problem with him..... Anyways did you here that Aunt's former lover and now rival is back? Ramona Royale. She's trapped in the hallway that was sealed off." Alexandria tilted her head. "No I didn't hear that.." I bit my lip, "Oh, well I maybe shouldn't have said anything." She shrugged. "I'm ok with knowing though..." It was getting awkward, even though I was on good terms with my sister Christmas was just awkward. "What do you say we go down into that hallway?" She asked me with a smirk
