Chapter 7

Chapter 7: I gave up

Rona's POV

Its been days since Cyrene heard all of the conversation we had with Doctor Shuu, I don't know what to do about it but my parents know it already. Today, I'm going home because my body seems okay but my friends are not here so I feel lonely a little bit.

"Mom, did you pack my things?" I ask Mom. Right now, mom and dad help me pack my things up and Apollo is here together with Athena, her sister.
"Yes, honey?" Mom replied, I smiled and told her 'I'm going to get some air.'

I was walking upstairs to go to the rooftop and get some air. When I open the door there, it was so beautiful. I started to walk straight and close the door behind me. When I lean at the railings, I felt a dip of water in my checks. I touch my checks and I know that I'm crying.

Why?.....

Because....

I....

feel....

lonely....

Then someone tap my back...

When I look back....It was Apollo....

"What are you doing here?" I said wiping my tears. "You don't have to hide." he said.
"What do you mean by that?" I ask.
"I know you are crying..." he said and there's another voice in his back.
"He's right, Rona. You don't have to hold back your tears and hide it." It was Athena.
"You two..." I said as I felt my tears again. The two of them gave me a hug and I hug them back. I know it's embarrassing but they said I don't need to hold back so I won't.

♥After 1 minute of crying♥

I was now holding a tissue and wipe my nose. Athena and Apollo was still by my side and Athena start talking.

"Wanna go watch a movie?" she said.
"Yeah, she's right." Apollo said. I nod.
"Let's go." Athena grab my hand and I feel another hand at my left hand.
"I'm going too." Apollo said having a dark aura.
"No, stay with Aunty and Uncle." Athena said with a dark aura too.
"What's wrong with these people?" I thought.
"STAY!" Athena yell.
"NO!" Apollo yelled back. I grab their hands and walk angrily.

"LET'S GO! YOU TWO!" I said glaring at both of them. They gulp and they look down.

I go back to the room and said goodbye's to mom and dad. We start going to the mall. The 'We' I mean is Apollo, Me, and Athena. We smiled happily since we start to go inside the mall. Athena go to buy ticket for the movie while me and Apollo buy drinks and popcorn.

"Rona, why are you still smiling when you are sad?" he said. I look at him and smile.
"Because I'm not alone in this world. And Life is more interesting. When our future is uncertain." I said and smile at him. I pay the popcorn and drinks and meet up with Athena who was waiting at the entrance.

Apollo's POV

"I lose." I thought and continue going inside the theater. I held my head and have a communication with Athena.

"Athena." I communicate her.
"What?" she replied.
"I gave up." I said.
"WHAT?!" she yelled. I hissed in pain.
"Don't shout, idiot." I said angrily.
"Sorry. Why did you gave up?" she said and I smiled a little bit.
"Because I cannot give Rona to Zeus. She's precious."
"Your right. Thanks for understanding the situation." she said with a smile.
"No prob. I'm gonna protect her from now on too." I said and she nod. I cut off the telepathy and we sit down near the screen.

Rona look at me and Athena and smiled.

"This is gonna be fun guys." she said and I smiled back at her. "I hope my uncle will not be mad." I thought once again.

"Did Apollo just say 'gave up'?" Zeus said with an angry tone.
"Yes,." Poseidon said.
"Send Dionysus right now. The Goddesses must be happy right now." he said.
"You're right...." Hades said in a cold tone.

♥Goddess state♥

"Yes, Apollo. Thank you very much." Hera said.
"This means we have 1 victory now." Aphrodite said happily.
"Yes." the all said.
