Monday:
I hung out outside homeroom all day. I showed everyone the "last school week of 2015 checklist" and we made a plan to do everything. The first one was to join a new club. In computers I had to show everyone the self portrait i made with the code thingy. In theology, some girls did a presentation about Christmas and "all I want for Christmas is you" in different versions was played 29392 times. At lunch, I didn't have to wait in line for 2.4 billion years, I brought a salad. In Spanish, we watched the SADDEST movie ever called "Under The Same Moon." I grew attached to all of the characters too soon. After school, I was about to join the Creative Writing Club, but instead I joined the Art Club, which was really chill. I drew the blurry face cover. I had the toughest softball practice yet, and even though that was on my checklist, my arms are still sore TBH.Tuesday:
I got involved with a secret santa. I couldn't focus in Math because there were people with lawnmowers outside. At lunch, I tried something new, and it was a dessert, which were two things on my checklist. In Study, I studied and read fic. Then, I had the hardest global test ever. After school, I was about to join math club, but I decided to do it next year, aka January. After school, I went to Target, and had some adventures there.Wednesday:
I had to go to tutoring this morning, it was another thing on my checklist. I was running around so much this morning just tryna get everything done, for my bio test, my math test, and my guided discussion. In music, our teacher told us about a project that we have to do, and I already chose my group, so "plan an event during break" was automatically checked off. We continued the sad movie in Spanish. For the guided discussion, I had to bring a literal bible full of Poe's stories in. I did ok in it. I had another salad, I took the bio test, and I went to art. Then, my dad took us to a diner.Thursday:
So much happened. First thing in the morning, my friend and I were chilling out in my homeroom, and she goes, "I need help on this math, I'm gonna ask door guy." He stood next to us for a full twenty minutes, talking about math. I was kind of awkwardly in the corner the whole time, tbh. When we walked into computers, there was a HUGE INFLATED SNOWMAN in the corner. He watched Christmas while I watched Vampire Diaries and Once Upon a Time and played volleyball with the various balloons that were in there. In theology we read the Christmas story while soft Christmas music was playing in the background. I had the math test, which was easy. At lunch they did another karaoke, but it wasn't as good as the one last week. We finally finished the Sad Movie in Spanish, but it had a happy ending! Then, we sang Feliz Navidad for the rest of class. We actually did work in global, but in Bio, we watched Roldolph. "Today we will be watching a video on evolution, it's about how some reindeer have red noses, and can fly in foggy weather." - my bio teacherFriday:
Omg. We hung out in homeroom again, talking to door guy and thanking him for the math help. Then, my friends swapped shoes because one had sneakers, and couldn't get detention, and the other had boots that matched and didn't care about the detention. My friends are wicked rad. We had to go to Mass next. THIS GIRL FAINTED IN THE MIDDLE OF MASS AND NOBODY STOPPED THE MUSIC. THIS IS WHAT CATHOLIC SCHOOL IS ACTUALLY LIKE PEOPLE. Then, the chorus sag some songs, and then,
Door Guy.
With a piano version of All I Want For Christmas is You.
We cried.
Later, we hung out and had a homeroom party. There was ice cream, waffles, bagels, and muffins. This girl thought i was a loner at one point because i was sitting alone texting people. I was quite offended.
I took loads of pics though, (the last thing on the checklist) and went through the school once again before I left. I really am going to miss this place, even if it's only for two weeks.
