" on your tracks folks.. you already know the rules .. on the gun shot.. you run .."

we were steady on our tracks ..

i mouthed good luck to austin , krage and zac ..

" ready! steady ! boom!"

on the boom ..i ran towards the bikes and picked one and started to paddle..

fast as ever i managed to take a quick round but austin and raymond took over ..

we reached the pool ..

i dropped my bike there and took of the gears off of my head and dove right in with austin and ray ahead of me .. but i was fast enough ..i got out of the pool first and ran towards the volley court and then the doge ball court .. the balls were launching towards us and i had to keep clam and steady to pass that..

i guess one of the girls .. i guesss it was jennifer .. who ogot hit by the ball along with river and they were out ..

now was the monkey bar challenge..

i have not touched hose bars .. since.. i dont know..

by the time everyone was gaining and were almost equal..

i crossed the bars and i was soo happy that james and anna and cedric fell in the mud.. i reaally wanted to jump up and down but i saw that austin and ray were ahead of me and zac and krage and miss olson were gaining on me..

i ran towards the pool.. again aus and ray were already in it.. but i dove in and swam and got ou of the pool before them and now was the biggest challenge.. of two gigantic laps of the great soccer field..i didnt look back and kept running.. ray and austin were hot on my heels...

somehow i finished 1 and a half lap and the ending point was just a few meters away..

i was tired like anything and my legs hurt and austin was trying to overtake me but in the end we both were the people who reached the line at the same time and the crowd was screaming like anything in the world..

like they have just met jack frost ...or the smurfs or maleficient or SPONGEBOB!!! I prefer screaming for Jack frost though. .

there were 3 gun shots and then

"here are your final competetiors for the battle of the champions!!!

austin moon and kody taylor!!! give it up for the couple!!!"

we got up and hugged each other and he kissed me..infront of everyone!!

Chiche right?

i was..i dont know what at that time .. i was too tired to create another species of butterflies in my stomach   this time..

liz ..clyton..jim..mike came running towards us and we had a group hug!!

" i am soo happy for you man! you too ko!" said clyton.." i am speechless koko!" said liz

" thanks guys but i need to go and see my brother now.. he might be fuming right now.." i said

" yeah me too.. " said austin as we left the clique and i went jogging towards krage who was surrounded by girls consoling him ..

"move now.. he needs only one girl at this point." i said and they moved away making faces.. huh.. and like i care..

"hey krage .. you really did well...this was only for the senior class and yet you were almost there. ..I am proud of you  .. " i said giving him a tight hug which he did not return..

"Whatever.. . just leave me alone.. " he said and jogged towards the changing rooms..

" ---its fine brother.. you deserve it anyways and -ooh hey ko.. you really did well .. " said zac as we shared a hug

" thanks zac.. can you check on krage? he's kind of angry at me .." i said and he nodded and walked away..

" i see it went well with zac?" i asked asutin and he nodded..

" lets go now ko.. i just want to go home and die!!! ooh wait today we are going camping.. lets go pack" he said

we were all set on the beach ..

clyton sat there cuddling with liz and mike had invited carrie ... his new crush .. carrie had a crush on him like for year now and he found out now ..maybe..

jim was already with cassandra ..as in cassy..krage and zac were also with us ..zac sat on the wodden log infront of the fire .reading a book resting his head on cassy's lap..

Krage sat by  the shore alone..

i went to him and sat next to him

" hey" i said putting my hand on his shoulder

" hey yourself" he said rudely

"is my brother jealous?" i  asked moking him

"me ? jealous? nooooo" he said in a tone..

" what's the matter? listen if you want the title i can give it to you right now right here .. " i said

" i wanted to earn it kody .. "he said

" well you tried..and you did your best ...so did zac..and the others.. you know that people dont even get selected in this first round right?" i asked

" yes but ..i always fail ..and i keep on failing.. i am the only one in the taylor family who does not play soccer ..the only one who did not get selected in the battle..." he said

" oooh krageee... you have the next year to compete in the battle and you are special ...none of us play bascket ball and you are the captain this year and of course will be next year..you are like zac effron from high school musicial!! And besides you competed with seniors " i said

" i always wanted to be like you and kaiden  .. perfect in every thing .. both of you are the smartest ..and all of the taylor brothers and you have already become the prom royalty ...what if i dont? you both are like all rounders... of course you both are excellent in sports ..but are also good with books.. einstine in the labs..da vinci in art ..  Taylor swift and Charlie puth  in singing.. what else is there ..??? super computer nerds.. you have great logic..everything.. i am just a year younger than you .. and i -" i cut him off

" you are you krage.. you are unique...you have the looks and the brains and everything ,... do not feel like that ..and well we are seniors and last year i didnt get in the battle either.. feel proud that this is one step ahead of me.. you got in the mini battle once and believe me next year ,.. you will win this mini battle and also the final one.. "

" and what if i dont"? he asked

"trust me you will.." i said and hugged him tightly .. we went back to our group and settled down there ..and started with our horror movie stories.. and drifted off to sleep once we got into our tents.
