Emotions.

The biggest impact in my life.

A while ago I had a fight with my sister and I feel bad again.

Why again?

Because I let all of my bad emotions again.

Whenever my family talks to me in a serious tone, I always think they're yelling at me.

And I let my anger, tears, screams, go.

I don't like to do it but I can't hold it in. It's not healthy for me. At all.

But I decided to set a new goal: No more emotional times, just happy times.

I didn't understand that they we're talking not yelling at me... until now.

I thank my sister for this. From now on in my life, no more tears. Just smiles and happy, cheerful times. :)
