CHAPTER 7: Delivery

~~~Feliciano's POV~~~

I'm now six months pregnant and due any day now! I'm so excited to see Alfred's and I little bambino!!! I bet they're going to be so cute! When I would go to get check ups, Alfred and I wanted to be surprised when the baby came, so we didn't want to know it's gender until the day of. I'm pretty sure I know what it's going to be, but I still want to be surprised.

Alfred's been so cute the past few weeks! He acts all flustered and worried about the baby. He's always asking, 'Do you feel anything?' or 'Is the baby close?' I always giggle and tell him everything's fine. I love him so much. I'm on the couch snuggling into Alfred for warmth. He fell asleep about half an hour ago with his hand on my stomach. I giggled from this. He's so adorable! As I was sitting there enjoying being with Alfred, I really had to use the restroom. I sighed and gently moved Alfred's arm, so I didn't wake him. I walked to the restroom and came out a few minutes later. "Phew, it's so hard to-a move around with this little guy... I-a feel so heavy and my-a feet hurt... I can't-a wait until your out here with-a me and your daddy!" I walked back into the living room and Alfred was just waking up.

"Haha, it-a seems that you-a sleep more than me and I'm-a the one that's pregnant. Hehehe."

"Yeah... I don't know why I'm so tired... I've barely done anything!"

He threw his arms in the air and I laughed.

"Ve~ Isn't there a meeting tomorrow?"

"Yeah, why?"

"You-a going?"

"I don't know... I don't want to leave you here by yourself and then the baby comes..."

I started chuckling to myself. He's going to be such a good dad.

"Don't-a worry, darling. I-a have to go to-a this meeting too, so you-a don't have to-a worry."

"You have to go? Why? You should be staying home, resting."

"I-a was asked by a couple others to-a join the meeting. I-a haven't seen everyone since I've-a been pregnant and I-a miss them all. I-a want to see mi fratello too. I-a heard from Spain that-a Romano got pregnant three months ago and I-a want to congratulate them!"

"Heheh, alright. You better tell me if something feels off though, okay?"

"I-a will~!"

"Haha, okay good."

Alfred hugged me and I did the same. We soon got ready and headed out. Alfred and I planned to go to the flower park that we went to all those months ago. He said he had a surprise waiting there. I have no clue what he's planning, but I know I'll probably like it. He always knows how to make me happy. We arrived at the park and walked around looking at the different flowers. I noticed that all the flowers were different from when I came here in the summer. They were all shades of blue and violet. I think because it's colder they looked like this. They were all so pretty!

"All these flowers are-a so pretty~!"

"Yup! They're different every season, so they're constantly changing colors! It's pretty cool!"

He looks just like a little kid when he smiles. I love that about him. We were walking for a couple more minutes when I saw the bench where Alfred and I had our first kiss. I giggled and Alfred chuckled back. He lead me to the bench and helped me sit down. We talked about what we're going to do when the baby comes and what they're going to be like. When we were talking, Alfred got off the bench and stood in front of me. I was very confused and wondered what he was doing. He then got down on one knee and pulled out a small box. I covered my mouth and started tearing up. When he spoke, I then knew for certain what he was doing.

"Feliciano Vargas. We've been together for awhile now and we're about to have a kid. I've wanted to ask you this for a long time, but only got the courage to ask you now. Feli, will you do me the honor and become my husband?"

I burst with tears of joy and leapt into his arms.

"Yes! Yes! I would-a love to-a marry you!"

"Sweet!"

I hugged him for so long I lost track of time. We pulled away a little bit and he kissed me sweetly on the lips. We haven't kissed like this for a while. He then took out the ring and slid it on my finger. It was so beautiful! I smiled at him and we kissed again. We soon headed home and I felt full of energy! I felt like I could run a marathon! When we got home though, I crashed. It's like I was sucked dry and was on low battery. I could feel Alfred later join me and we went to bed.

~~~No ones POV~~~

~~~At the world meeting~~~

America and Italy arrived to the world meeting a little early before it started. America wanted Italy to get a seat without any problems and didn't want to be rushing if they accidentally left a bit late. Italy's not the fastest at the moment. As they were waiting for the others to arrive, everyone that was there were talking to the now engaged couple and wanted to feel Italy's baby bump. The baby would kick and the country touching Italy's stomach would laugh, as well as Italy, and have a big smile on their face. As time went on, almost all the countries were present. When Italy spotted his brother Romano and his now fiancé, Spain, he ran as best he could over to them and embraced them both. Romano actually looked happy and that made Italy even more excited to see him. Romano had a bump and Italy squealed when the baby kicked.

"It's-a so strong fratello! I-a can't wait to-a see your bambino play with mine!" Italy exclaimed with excitement

"Haha, that would-a be nice. I'd like-a that." Romano replied hugging Italy.

After a bit, Italy spotted Norway and walked over to him. Italy noticed that Norway had a bump too and got super excited. Norway was farther along then Romano and almost as big as Italy. Denmark soon walked up behind Norway and hugged him while kissing the top of his head. Italy giggled and continued to walk over to them. When Norway saw Italy he ran up and hugged him.

"I haven't seen you in so long! Where have you been?" Norway asked very lively.

"Ve~ Alfred didn't really let-a me leave the house, so that's-a why I've been gone." Italy replied giggling from Norway's question.

"Well, tell him that I've missed you and that it wasn't fair for him to keep you all for himself." Norway chuckled after saying this.

"Haha! I'll-a tell him!" Italy hugged Norway one last time before going to his seat next to America. Italy told America what Norway said and the American burst into laughter. The meeting began and went smoothly. No fighting for once. A miracle. After the meeting everyone went home. The drive home for Italy and America was smooth until Italy started groaning from pain.

"I-a think the baby's coming!" Italy shouted in pain. America began to freak out and sped toward the hospital. When they arrived, Italy was taken to surgery and America followed. The doctors began the C-section and worked quickly. Italy was calm from the numbing drug, but America was freaking out. Italy talked to him to calm him down and it was working until little cries could be heard. America's face lit up when his baby boy was placed in his arms. He started to tear up and had to hand his son over to Italy. Italy smiled at the newborn and had tears of joy in his honey orbs.

"Hey there little Ace~! You're-a so cute!" Italy couldn't contain his joy and neither could America. America wrapped the two in his arms and started laughing. Italy joined him and they shared a sweet kiss.

" I love you so much, Italy and Ace." America said quietly, so only the two could hear him.

"Ti amo, Alfred~" Italy replied and they were soon out of the surgery room along with their little boy, Ace.
