she sat alone under her tree. She thinks 'why must people be mean.'

she walked the halls trying her hardest to ignore the calls. She draws in her book ignoring the looks.

she hid behind a hood, thinking of no good. Even if she let her mind wander, she was kind.

she looks at him with a twinkle in her eye, waiting for the day to say, he's mine.

Little does she know, it would soon change for the better. She'll just have to wait a little longer.
