This Is Just A Dream

Chapter 6

Julia's POV:
Ever since that incident happened at Chipotle with Bobby. I have been curious to know what he was going to say. The words he said to me played through my mind the whole night and I got no sleep cause I wanted to know what he was hiding. I got out of bed and stumbled my way to make coffee. I hear noises and slowly creep towards the kitchen. I look over the corner and see........Bobby?
"Uh.......what are you doing?" I ask.
He turns and smiles "Making you coffee" I smile back. I think it's funny how he is always at my house no matter what. "So how did you sleep?" He asks. "Uhh not very well I was thinking." I reply. "About what?" I sat there contemplating whether I should tell him or not. "Just....someone has been on my mind lately." I look down. "And who might that be?" He asks. "I-U-uhh........." I pause looking at him. His smile begins to disappear. "You..." I finally blurt out. His smile reappears and he responds. "I have been thinking about you non stop Julia." He says. I look down blushing. He pulls my chin up with his finger so that I look into his eyes. "Julia will you go on a date with me?" I sat there looking into his blue eyes, could this really be happening? "Of course I will." I smile. He pulls me into a hug and we stand their in each other's arms.
Ryan's POV:
I ran out of Jasmine's house to my car. "Crap! I'm gonna be late." I mutter under my breath. I was on my way to meet up with my friend Cassy. We were planning on seeing a movie together and I almost forgot. I race down the street until I reach City Walk. I park and run to the movie theater only to find her standing there. "There you are I've been waiting for 45 minutes." She says pulling me into a hug. "Sorry I was at my friends house for her sisters birthday." She looks at me with a confused/angry expression. "Her?!" She yells. "I-uh yea....her. It's just a girl that I met." "If you say so." She says grabbing my hand and leads me to the movie theater doors. It caught me off guard at first but I just let it happen. We get to our seats and she immediately puts her head on my shoulder. I like Cassy but I also really like Jasmine. But I don't know who to go for. It's the middle of the movie and all I can think about is who I choose. I look at Cassy and she looks back at me. She starts to lean in and kisses me.......there was no spark. I was expecting fireworks like in the movies, but it was dull. After the movie we walk outside, her phone starts to ring. "Hey mom!" she begins to walk away. I stand there waiting for her to be done with her convo until a very good looking girl walks by me and smiles. I smile back.......woah, she's beautiful. Cassy returns and tells me that her mother is here so I offered to walk her to her moms car. Just before we reach her mom, Cassy turns and kisses me again. Still no spark. "I'll text you!" She says running to the car door. "Uh okay." I reply. I can't get that other girl out of my head. She was so beautiful.......I trail off into my thoughts. I am interrupted by my phone ringing. Bobby is calling. 

CONVO: (R=Ryan- B=Bobby)

R: Hello?

B: DUDE!!

R: What?

B: Julia has feelings for me bro....

R: Wait what?! How do you know?

B: She said she's been thinking about me.

R: But you're assuming.

B: I HAVE A CHANCE DUDE!!!

R: Did you not hear me?!

B: I have to go dude my phone is dying.

R: Uh okay I'll talk to you later I guess......

*END OF CONVO*

Well he's happy. But all I can think about is that mystery girl..... I begin to walk back to the parking structure and get in my car. "I just need to go home and sleep this off" I mutter to myself. I drive about 20 minutes to my neighborhood and pull into the driveway. I walk up and unlock the door.

"Hey Ryan! How was the movie?" My mom asks. "Good! I'm gonna go to bed I'm super tired." I reply.

"Oh okay. Well tomorrow I won't be here I have to take Destiny to an audition but later we can maybe do something." I begin to walk upstairs as my mother speaks. " Okay Mom. See you in the morning." I reply from upstairs. As soon as I open the door I dart for the bed and fall asleep within minutes of my head hitting the pillow.
