Chapter 21

•Callie•

I wake up and see Hunter sleeping next to me, oh no. My heart starts to race and I feel like I can't breathe. I try getting up with my arms but fall back on the bed wincing in pain.

"Oh my f-"I started. "Callie are you okay??!" I hear hunters voice. "Y-yea I'll be fine" I said taking deep breaths.

"Don't move, your in bed rest for a while" he said.
"Hunter why are you here?" I blurted out. Omg.

"You told me to stay" he said smiling. Oh. "Oh..I don't remember but ok" I fakly smiled.

He leaned towards me and kissed my cheek. My face turned red. Well I assumed cause my face heated up.

Jackson walked in the room, and i smiled. "Hey Jack" I smiled. Again. "Hey, how u doin?" He said by bending down on the floor to be my hight since I was laying down.

"Well you know typical pain on my whole body but I'm good" I said sarcastically. Hunter laughed, while Jackson looked sad.

"Well feel better allie, I have to go my mom is making me watch my little cousin" he said kissing my forehead.

I smile.

I looked at Hunter and his face looked just filled with anger. I didn't know what I was thinking but my hands collided with hunters under the sheet and we intertwined them.

I hide my face and blush. "Can't wait till you get better" Hunter whispers in my ear. I felt my whole body shake as if I were freezing and scared.

I had goosebumps all down my body.

I felt his hands travel from my hand to my waist. He squeezed my thigh which caused me to close my eyes.

He then went up higher. He stopped then moved his hand and went on his phone. Fucking tease.

"Can you help me? I wanna take a shower" I laughed getting awkward. "You mean like I get to see you undressed" he smirked.

"No idiot I mean help me get up" I said slapping his arm faintly cause it hurt to move my arms.

He picked me up as if I was cripple. "So is this how it's gonna be when we're married" Hunter said.

I just laughed cause I didn't know what to say.

He put on the sink shelf. Haha. "Hunter put me on the floor. "Nah, but I can put you on the bed" he winked.

"Okay bye" I said pushing him out the door closing it.

I turned on the water and looked at myself in the mirror. I see my arms and theirs stitches and cuts everywhere. What I do.

I turned around and took off all my clothes. I go in shower and do what I needed to do. I made sure I didn't really wet the stitches.

I started humming a song

Turned into a real sticky situation

I thought about how when Hunter was talking to me after school that day.

•flashback•

After school I started walking to the side of the building. I put my head noticing people were laughing at me.

I finally see Hunter by this tree. "Hey" he said. "What do you want?" I asked. "I'm really sorry, I didn't know" he said looking me in the eyes.

"All boys say that, it's nothing new Hunter, you love her not me!. And plus I've only known you for like a month in total. I can't believe I liked you the first day you were here" I said feeling guilty.

"So you are saying you wish you never met me?" He asked with pain and anger in his eyes and they were getting watery.

"No, I'm saying...I wish I never liked you" I said looking down. "But I love y-" he started. "Hunter please, I don't even know you anymore. What happened to me, happened for a reason, were not meant to be" I said

Walking away with a tear slipping from my eye. "CALLIE PLEASE!!?" I hear Hunter yelling. I just kept walking. But I couldn't stand it.

•flashback over •

I hurt him. He tried to fix my pieces that were all over the floor. But little did I know that his pieces were towering over the rocks like a waterfall.

Smacking and shattering all over the floor.

Breaking into small particles, so no one will ever know or notice.

I felt tears slip down my eye as the warm nice shower turned cold. I got out and grabbed a towel. As I dry myself theirs a knock.

"Yea hold up" I said with my voice cracking with every question and thought circling my brain

the knock got harder and louder. "Wait-" the door busted open with me only in my bra and panties.

I see Hunter he's crying. What happened.

"Hunter... W-what?" I said going to grab my towel. Before I grabbed it he moved my hand and pushed me gently against the wall.

"Hunter what happened" I said scared. Another tear fell down his cheek. He grips his hands around my waist.

His chest is against mine as he looks me in the eyes. "Are you okay?" He asked. I nodded. "You died" he said as more salty tears came down like a river.

"W-what?" I said. "I fell asleep... And it seem so real... I woke up and you were in the bathroom and you stab yourself ... You bleed to death and u were crying saying you loved me and that you were just done and that you said u wanted me to help you cause you were scared to fly with the angles" he said wrapping his arms around my body tightly.

He placed his head between the crook of my neck.. I felt the water stream down my arm.

"Baby, don't worry I'm here. Forever" I said holding him . With my pain in my arms. He did this for me.

Now I'm gonna do this for him.

Btw I couldn't meet Hunter cause I was so fucking scared and he was here in Chicago for 3 days...

I couldn't bare to see his face let alone hold him in my arms.
