You stood there stunning as ever. The music played as I made my way though the crowd to get to you. "Princess _____ care to dace with me?" I bowed down on one knee and extened my hand, you giggled and smiled nodding your head.
"Take my hand, I'll teach you to dance.
I'll spin you around, won't let you fall down.
Would you let me lead?
You can step on my feet.
Give it a try, it'll be alright."
A slow song started as we both made our way to the middle of the dance floor. I put both of my hands on her sides and she put hers on my sholders as we slowly started to dance.

"You look beautiful tonight Princess" I smiled down at you through my shades,
You giggled slightly and blushed "t-thanks." As I spun you around on the dance floor i started to feel brave as though i should kiss you to make the night even better.
"Suddenly, I'm feeling brave.
Don't know what's got into me.
Why I feel this way.
Can we dance, real slow?
Can I hold you, Can I hold you close?"
I pulled you closer to me and started to dance even slower but in the same swaying motion.
"i have a quention for you Dirk? How did you get in here if you are not royalty, or part of any royal family?" I just smiled "well i had-"
"Princess!! Princess!!" we both heard this off from the distance, I looked at her and she gave a half smile.
"Prince Jake? " she only nodded and looked down, i lifted up her chin and smiled brightly down at her, "till we meet again love?"
~You'r P.O.V~
"till we meet agin Love?" he said to me and put a finger up to his lips and dashed off "wait!" he turned around, i took off my neclace and gave it to him "Till we meet again." i smiled he smiled back and ran off .
"oh! Love there you are, and what are you doing standing in the middle of the dance floor?" Jake looked at me questionably
"i-i-i was doing nothing... nothing at all.." i said blankly
"well then, let us dance shall we?"
~Later on that night. Still You'r P.O.V~
I stood on the balcony my albows resting on the ledge proping up my head. I looked up to the night sky starting to day dream, as another song played in the background at the Ball.
"Till we meet again my love"
~Dirks P.O.V~
The wind blew as i looked up into the night sky, sighing deeply. I looked back down opening up my hand to a sliver necklace on it was a sliver key incrested with Diamonds, I only smiled and put the necklace on
"Till we meet again my love.."
