My Pokémon Adventure

Elite Four: Stage 4

I made it up to the last floor. Pokémon were being returned. A battle had just taken place. There was a woman in all red clothes and a badass-looking guy in a torn cape.

"Finally! I won!" shouted the woman.

"All right," said the guy. Both of them turned to me at once.

"Hey, challenger! I'll get to you," said the guy, "Give me a second to restore my Pokémon."

"Hey," I said to the guy, "Haven't I seen you somewhere before?"

"In Peace Village before it sank," he said monotonously.

"And haven't I seen you somewhere?" I said turning to the woman?

"No, I don't think so," she said leaning up against the wall, "Well, why don't you two battle?"

"Sure kid, your Pokémon healed?"

I nodded.

"All right! My name is Dagger! I may not he the Champion anymore, but I will still battle you! Go, Skarmory!"

He sent out a metal bird with metal wings. I sent out Ninetales.

"Use Fire Blast, Ninetales!"

Skarmory dodged it and used Swords Dance.

"Ninetales! Again!"

"Skarmory! Sky Drop!"

Skarmory dived down at Ninetales to use Sky Drop. It was engulfed in flames but still emerged from them in the end and picked up Ninetales. Ninetales was dropped from a high height. It fell on the ground with a thud. It dived down for another Sky Drop.

"Ninetales! Use Fire Blast!"

Ninetales finally defeated Skarmory.

"Go! Lucario! Use Stone Edge!"

"Ninetales! Hold on!"

Ninetales barely held on to 1 HP.

"Ninetales! Use Fire Blast!"

Lucario swiftly dodged it with a spin.

"Lucario! Use Extreme Speed!"

Ninetales fainted. I thought I would be able to go farther with her.

"Ninetales, good job. Go, Medicham!"

"Lucario! Use Dragon Pulse!"

"Medicham! Dodge it and use High Jump Kick!"

Medicham used High Jump Kick but somehow Lucario held on. It looked badly damaged though.

"Finally! Lucario! Use Reversal!"

The less HP a Pokémon had, the more power its Reversal attack had.

Medicham didn't faint though, it used another High Jump Kick on Lucario and it was too exhausted to dodge quickly enough so it got hit and fainted.

"Come back, Lucario! Go, Aegislash!"

He sent out a Pokémon that looked like a sword with a shield on its body.

"Use High Jump Kick, Medicham!"

Medicham used High Jump Kick but it phased through Aegislash's body and crashed into the wall and fainted.

"Go, Erisylph!"

"The Legendary Erisylph?" Dagger said out loud.

"Don't wear it out," said Erisylph.

"Mega Evolve and use Dark Wings!" I said. Aegislash fainted after two attacks. He tried to use Iron Head, which would've been super effective if Erisylph hadn't dodged it.

"Go! Magnezone!"

"Erisylph, Return! Go, Krookodile!"

"Magnezone! Flash Cannon!"

Krookodile was hit by the silver beam, but he stood strong.

"Use Earthquake, Krookodile!"

Magnezone fainted immediately.

"Go, Ferrothorn!"

"Krookodile! Use Earthquake!"

Krookodile shook the place around, but Ferrothorn didn't seem to take much damage. 

"Use Iron Defense, Ferrothorn!"

"Use Earthquake again!"

"Use Power Whip!"

Ferrothorn slapped Krookodile viciously across the face with its vines. Unfortunately for me, Krookodile fainted.

"Go! Erisylph! Use Will-O-Wisp!"

Ferrothorn was burned. It tried multiple attempts to hit Erisylph with Iron Head, but she swifly dodged it and it fainted of its burns.

"Last one! Go, Aggron! MEGA EVOLVE!" Dagger shouted.

"Erisylph, Will-O-Wisp!" Aggron was burned.

"Aggron! Use Stone Edge!" Dagger shouted. Erisylph was knocked to the ground, "Now that she's on the ground, slam her with Iron Tail!"

Mega Aggron's great tail slammed down on Erisylph and she fainted.

"Go! Leafeon!"

Luckily, Leafeon was energetic and swift enough to dodge all the Iron Tails from Aggron while Aggron steadily lost HP from the burn.

"Aggron! Use Roar!"

Leafeon was forced back into her Poké Ball and Samurott was dragged out.

"Use Earthquake, Aggron!"

Aggron used Earthquake, but Samurott stayed healthy and used Hydro Pump.

Aggron was almost down, a few turns to go.

"Aggron! Use Stone Edge!"

Aggron's Stone Edge hit Samurott and now Samurott started to get tired.

"Samurott! Use Hydro Pump!"

Samurott used Hydro Pump and Aggron fainted, falling to the ground with a heavy thud that vibrated the place.

I healed all my Pokémon fully.

"Well, Simon," Dagger adressed me in his gruff, deep voice, "You would be the Champion now if this young lady here hadn't beat me first." He gestured to the woman in red leaning against the wall. She waved. "Your final battle is with her."

"Greetings, Pokémon Trainer Simon, my name is Scarlett," she said to me.

"Nice to beat-uh-meet you, Scarlett," I said intentionally.

She chuckled. "Your funny, kid," she said cracking her fingers by interlocking them and stretching her arms out, "Now how about we see who really beats who?"
