Cole POV
I was sleeping peacefully when suddenly the smell of eggs and Bacon woke me up. The guys and I just ADORE Bacon. After brushing my teeth, I headed to the kitchen to see the rest of the boys holding their mates while eating. It was so cute! I wish I could hold Mary like that also. Then I sensed someone yelling; it was Gabe. He asked me if I was alright as they were all worried since yesterday I wasn't responding to Gabe's question. I nodded and asked them who were these girls apart from Madi. They introduced their mates to me:

David- Chantel but for short Chanty

Gabe- Jennifer

Dana- Carolinda

I greeted the girls and kissed them on the palm of hands then I could hear throaty growls from the boys. I chuckled lightly as I was reassured that they really loved each other plus these girls are safe with them. When I looked at Dalton, he was holding Madi by the waist while her head was on her chest. Dude,wish Mary and I were the same!!!

Then it snapped me.

- "where is Mary?"  I asked sternly.

Then Madi replied that she was still sleeping in my room. I nodded and left to check on her. Once in my room,I saw the most adorable thing ever; Mary was cuddling with my Koala bear that my mom gave me before being killed by the Edas. To be completely honest, all my family members were killed by the Edas except me. That's how I became friends with the boys slowly. I walked to her and saw her shivering of cold. Immediately I covered her with one of my warmest blanket while planting a sweet kiss on her forehead. She smiled a bit which made me super proud as she finally smiled at me after so long time. I was about to leave when someone grabbed me by the wrist. I turned around to see Mary grabbing my wrist with both hands. I looked at her in the eyes and saw her afraid, curious and hurt which made my heart to ache and my wolf inside to growl sadly. I smiled weakly and surprisingly she pulled in a teddy bear hug. I hugged her back and soon she started to relax in my arms. Very soon, we both were on my bed; she was on my lap to be exact her head and hands resting on my chest while my hands were around her back. We didn't talk too much at first which was kinda awkward until she broke it.

Mary- Cole...I'm sorry! I should have trusted you since the beginning but I did. But when I noticed that you disappeared on the day of the ball and you lied to me, I thought that you were not considering me as your close friend. So I wanted to be as far away from you so as to move on but instead, it hurt me more and I think it did hurt you too. I'm sorry Cole!!

I listened to her confessions, pouring her heart out to me. All this happened just because that night I was transformed into  wolf. I wanna tell her everything about me but I can't tell her as I don't think she is ready yet. She was looking at her lap when suddenly I felt tears falling. I lifted her head to see her eyes all puffy and red which made my heart ache and my wolf to growl sadly. Within a minute, I leaned in and kissed her soft lips. It was good, magical, perfect and fabulous. She kissed back normally. When I pulled back, she looked at me shocked and embarrassed which made me laugh. Then I pecked her lips by surprise. She looked at me surprised but then smiled. I smiled back and told her

- Mary I love you since the first day I saw you. So would you please be my girlfriend and make me the happiest man ever??

She blushed hard but nodded and told me the words I wanted to hear since long: I love you too Cole since a long time! And yes i would love to!!

This time she pecked my lips and hugged me tightly. It was the most beautiful day of my life until my eyes started to burn to death. Immediately I pushed Mary on the bed and rushed to the bathroom without telling her what happened to me. Once in the bathroom, I looked at myself and saw the most unexpected thing ever; the legendary red eyes! It is said that whoever got the red eyes are now officially the alpha. Only few wolves get them!!!!

Omg I couldn't believe it!!!!!
Thanks to Mary now in my life, I am approved as the real Alpha of my pack which means I'm more stronger and faster!!!

Just then my worst and unexpected nightmare happened!
