Merlin and Cinderella part 1

Merlin’s POV

I was heading towards the kitchens to get Arthur’s breakfast when I first set my eyes on her. To many she just looked like a servant girl who worked too much.

I watched as she cleaned the dishes and mopped the floor for so long I lost track of time.

‘May I ask why you keep staring at me’ she asked as she finally noticed I had been watching her.

‘Sorry I am Merlin what is your name’ I asked her.

‘My name is Cinderella’ she smiled at me pleasantly.

‘You have a wonderful name’ I told her.

‘Thank you. No one has ever told me that before I like your name too’ said Cinderella.

‘I have to go give this to Arthur I’m his servant’ I smiled at her.

‘I knew that as soon as you said your name. I’ve heard a lot about you Merlin everyone has here’ she said to me.

‘Cinderella we will speak again’ I said quickly.

‘I look forward to that day Merlin’ she smiled as I left the kitchens.

I knew then I would do everything in my power to speak to her again. There was just something about her that made me want to see her but I had no idea what
