*Christmas Special* *part 2*

Reader's POV

Len and I have been working on the project for a while now, and nothing struck our creativity hole, it's like all my artwork and all of Len's music went down into the sewers and never went back. Wait, music? "Hey Len?", I called out to him, also, we are during free period, that this is the only time in school we get to work on our project. "Yeah (y/n)?", "I think I've gotten an idea", I said, he looked relieved and scooted closer to me, "Spit it out (l/n)". "Well, how about music is some how connected to the project in a way?", I asked, hoping it to not be stupid, "(y/n), that's brilliant, but we need the proper love story", he said. I sighed as well and thought of a connection, then an idea popped in my head, "How about a story about-", I paused for a moment and looked around my surroundings, instead I whispered the idea into his ears, is is me, or are his cheeks red? I pulled away and he nodded at my suggestion, then the two of us worked on the plot line and other elements of the story.

"(Y/n), there you are", I heard Kiana called out, I looked up from my laptop and to my surprise, Kiana looked like she was almost eaten by a dinosaur. "What happened to you?", I asked, she then gave an annoyed look, "I really hate being partners with that pervert, every time we have a project meeting, he just touches me wherever he wants", she said. I gave her a hug, "Hey, you'll be alright, you got us to help you solve this problem", I said, before breaking the hug. "Also Hiro has been worried", Len said from behind me, "W-What? He would never put his attention on me", Kiana said, I gave her a 'seriously' look. Kiana's cheeks turned to a red color, "Well, I have to go clean up, see ya guys", she said before leaving and running of to the direction of the bathrooms. "I feel bad for her", Len says, I sigh, "What can we do? For now, we just have to work on our project", I said, grabbing my laptop and setting it on my lap. As I work, I can feel like, I'm being stared at, I looked towards Len, and he wasn't looking at me, instead, he was on his phone. It wasn't Len, so I continued looking around, but no one seemed to look at me, Weird.

Len POV

Take your eyes off her, she's just a normal girl, no wait, she's more than that, I can't help but feel it, life is not easy to cope with, even if the one you like is right beside you, but the only thing preventing you from being with her is yourself. I sighed, and took a banana out of my bag and ate it. I eat when I become really stressed out, especially in this scenario, "Why are you eating now?", (y/n) asked, snapping me out of my thoughts, and leaving me red faced. "Just...hungry", I replied, nice job to keeping it cool Len.

Reader's POV

Alright, I made the basic outline, now to convert it to a story, then the school bell rang, "Dang", I muttered, "Maybe we can finish it tomorrow", Len suggested. I shook my head, "We still don't have the other elements of the story, just the plot line, we need more time", I said. "How about we do it after school, we go to my place", Len suggested, I thought for a moment before agreeing, "Sure! See ya after school", and with that, we went to our separate classes.

I met up with Kiana before going to Len's, let's just say that Kiana wasn't looking like she had a fun day, "Hey Kians", I greeted her, she forced a smile and waved back. Yep, something's wrong, "What's wrong, you can always tell me", I told her, she sighed, "I can't handle being partners with him, he makes me wanna hang myself in depression", she said. "Wait, why can't you just punch him square in the face?", I asked her, "I'll be in detention, and you know I hate being in detention", she said, I replied with an "Oh". "So, you wanna go to the park and bike around?", she asked, I shook my head no, "Sorry, I'm meeting up with Len at his house", I responded, she then grinned, "A date, am I right?", she asked, my faced was like a tomato, "Nooo....we're gonna work on the project, we have to finish it before the dance on Friday", I said, then Kiana's eyes widen, "God, I have to finish mine too, see ya later (n/n)!", she said before running off, into the cold streets of (where you live).

<Len's House>

I placed on a jacket and knocked on the Kagamine's house's door, then a familiar blonde answered, "Hey (y/n)", it was Rin (not Len peeps). "Hey Rin, is your brother here?", I asked, she nodded, "Yep, come in", she said, letting me in, now one more thing to say about this house, it's ginormous! "Just wait here, I'll get Len", she said, then she went up to Len's room.

Len POV (again)

Is it ironic that I'm making a song in the setting of summer while it's currently winter? A knock was then on my door, I answered it, "Hey little brother, just wanna say your girlfriend is down stairs", Rin said with a grin, I couldn't help but blush. "She's not my girlfriend, Rin", "Yet", she immediately said, my blush feels to be growing by now, "We're just working on the project for school", I said, "Well I'm not letting (Ship/n) sink like how I accidentally let Kiro sink!", she said, leaving me to work with (y/n). I walked downstairs to see her on the couch, "Hey Len", she said, I waved at her in return, "So, let's continue on the project?", I asked her, she nodded and took out her laptop.

A moment of her typing and me writing ideas, I can't help but to think about the Christmas dance, who am I going with?Will she say yes? Why are magic bananas? Alright, forget the last question, just think of a way on how to ask her, "Hey (y/n)", I called out to her, "Yeah?", she then looked at me, I can't help but be nervous, "Um...are you going to.....the um....Christmas dance?", I asked her. "Well, I am, but no one has asked me to go with them yet", she said, I started to feel relief, "Well, do you wanna.....uh.....you know, go to the dance.....with me?", I asked with a tint of blush on my face, but on hers, seems to reflect, "Y-Yeah, I would love to".
