Justin P.O.V.
Friday 2007 @ 3:55 pm

I spent most of the day today, saying goodbye to friends. Tomorrow my mother and I will be taking a flight out to LA. She never really explained to me why, but I never question her. I know for a fact that my mothers intentions are always good. I'm walking home right now with Aaliyah, my best friend. She scrunches up her face from either the sunlight shining in her face or the fact that she can't see because the winds are pushing her curls all over her face. I hate that I'm leaving her, but I hate the fact that I can't even put into words to tell her I'm leaving her.

Aaliyah P.O.V.

My day consisted of 'goodbyes', 'farewells' and 'OMG DON'T LEAVE'! On Sunday my family and I are moving to ATL. By family I mean my big sister, my mother and I. I never really knew my dad. My mom got this huge business opportunity in ATL, and since I love my mother so much, I'll sacrifice my happiness here to find new happiness somewhere else just for her. Of course, I haven't told Justin yet. I glance over at him and he seemed deep in thought so I allowed him to continue thinking about his thoughts. All of a sudden he stops walking so I stop walking as well. I realized that I was too deep into my thoughts to realize that we stopped at his house. I live just over the other street. I smiled and looked up him.

"Aaliyah I gotta tell you some-" Justin began, but he was cut off by his mother swinging open the house door. Our attention turned over to her.

"I just made dinner Justin. Aaliyah is welcomed to stay if she wants, I already called your mother and she said it was okay." said Patty. She's looks happy today.

Justin looked over to me and we shrugged racing up the steps. When we got inside the warmth of the heat on blasted into our faces our rosy cheeks were slowly disappearing as we took off our shoes and dropped our bags to the floor then throwing our jackets lazily onto the chair at the front. We went into the dining room and glanced at the delicious mouth-watering pasta being swerved. We quickly ate. After we finished eating Patty came and took our plates.

"Thanks Patty! That was so delicious!" I exclaimed.

"Thanks Mom, it was good." said Justin smiling.

Patty smiled and nodded her head. Justin got up and motioned me to follow him, we went up to his room. He closed the door then sat on chair for his desk while I sat on the bean bag.

Justin P.O.V.

I turned around and looked for the chest I had. There was two lockets one for me and for Aaliyah. I heavily sighed.

"There's been something on my chest that I need I tell you." I said seriously. While she straightened up in her seat. I closed my eyes then said...

"I'm going to LA tomorrow and after that I'm going to be home schooled."

Aaliyah P.O.V.

My eyes widen. I was in total shock. My jaw dropped to. But I quickly closed my mouth and cleared my throat indicating that I wanted to speak.

"Well I guess we're both bad best friends to each other because I'm moving to Atlanta on Sunday..." I said and basically murmured the last part but he heard what I said because he let go another sigh and start fidgeting with this small chestnut box.

"When I found out I was leaving I decided to get us something." he said and gave me a small smile.

He walked over to me as I stood up. He opened up the small chestnut box and revealed two sliver lockets. Justin handed me one, I opened it up and inside the locket was a picture of us from my birthday party last year. He had his arm around my shoulder smiling widely and use his other had as a thumbs up while I was closing my eyes, sticking out my tongue and held up two peace signs. I smiled almost as widely as him in the picture, I looked up at him and He was smiling as well. We hugged.

I will never forget him.
