It's been a year since I've been home, seen any of my friends or Avery for that matter. I've gotten signed as an artist which I'm really excited for. I'm sitting on the leather couch getting ready to perform. I took my matching locket like Aaliyah's from under my shirt and opened it and smiled at the silly picture of us. Then I closed the locket, still smiling and held the locket close to my heart.
"Justin are you ready?" said Scooter. My head shot over to him, and my nodded my head.
"Remember what we thought you to do." he said seriously as I stood up and let go of my locket then started to walk towards him.
"Woah woah woah!" he said then I looked around.
"No necklaces on stage, even though I know how much it means to you." He said as I frowned and then I looked over, contemplating if I should take it off or not. I didn't want to get in trouble, so I took it off. I handed it to Scooter and went on stage and did what I was told.
