I was just finishing up when Khai came back into the shop.
He looked up from his phone and smiled showing his gorgeous smile and pretty white teeth.
I was so nervous about tonight but his aunt had made me feel a little. Better about it. She told me that Khai wasn't the same little boy he use to be and that I really had nothing To worry about but she Also told me that I shouldn't let my Guard down just yet. Her words were " Give him hell. Make him work for it. And look good doing so". I laugh a little thinking about what she said. She was definitely a character.
"You so beautiful Ma". He said making me blush
"You ready" he asked extending his hand for me to take up after he handed his aunt a stack and thanked her again we made it to the car and I felt I needed to set some stuff straight before this night went on.
"Khai" I called out to him once he was in the car. He looked at me licking his sexy ass lips before replying wit a Wussup Ma.
Sighing I began " look I just want to set some things right before we go on with are night. First I want you to know that I am not the same girl I was back then and I maybe still a little insecure but let me make myself clear when I say I well not let anyway speak down to me and I damn sure ain't letting nobody put them hands on me EVER AGAIN. You only got one chance" I said in let out a heavy sigh looking him in the eyes so that he knew I wasn't playing.
Turning in his sit to face me more he began to speak " I hear everything you saying baby girl and I can promise you I ain't never letting nobody put they hands on you again on boss shawty but I can't sit here in tell you I'm not gone put my hands on you ... Before I could respond he already had his hand up and was spoke
"Aye I'm just saying you looking good as hell Ma. But for real I ain't that dude no more but enough of the talking we got somewhere to be babe".
I shook my head this fool is something else but I just seat back and enjoy the ride I couldn't wait to see hat he had planned for tonight.
It was late afternoon around 4 something. When we pulled up to this restaurant it looked really nice. At the top up the building where the words Amora's palace I gasped someone had stole the name I picked for my restaurant I someday wanted to have.
Looking over at Khai I asked " Do you see this. He replied with a yes and then jumped out the car coming around to get me. Mm I guessed he forgot I wanted to name my restaurant after my mother I was her middle name. Not thinking about it to much I let him walk me inside the building the inside was so beautiful I was jealous it had the lights hanging from the ceiling like I wanted my even the walls were the same color. I just stop thinking about it all together when we reached the small desk at the front
There sound this Asian lady. She smile at use and then began to speak "Mr. K your here right on time just follow me right this way" she said as if she was waiting for him.
