Emma's POV:
I spent the afternoon with Hook. He showed me around his boat. After a tour we went to the Captain's Cabin. I sat on the bed while Hook sat at the desk.
Hook: "Should you get going?"
Emma: "Ya...I don't wanna be late"
Hook: "Better late than never"
I smiled and we headed to the main deck. When I got on deck I saw Regina with Henry.
Regina: "You're late Miss Swan...I figured you would be with your pirate"
Emma: "I'm sorry...better late than never?"
Regina smiled then walked away.
Henry: "I have to finish an assignment for school...I was wondering if you could drop me off at Grace's house?"
Emma: "Grace? As in Jefferson's daughter?"
Henry: "Ya"
Emma: "Sure, get in the car"
Henry smiled and ran to my car that was parked by the docks. I turned to Hook.
Emma: "I gotta go"
Hook: "It's ok, I have time with you tomorrow night"
Emma: "Bye"
Hook: "Bye love"
I smiled and walked towards the car. Henry stared at me.
Emma: "What?"
Henry: "You seemed pretty happy...are you guys going on another date?"
Emma: "What?...ya"
Henry: "When?"
Emma: "Tomorrow night"
Henry: "Ok, cool...Who am I staying with?"
Emma: "My parents"
Henry: "Ok"
I started the car and headed down the street where Jefferson lived. The last time I was here was before the curse was broken, when Jefferson kidnapped me. This was gonna be awkward.
I knocked on the door and waited. Soon Jefferson answered the door.
Jefferson: "Henry?...oh right, Grace said you were coming over, come in"
We walked in and he closed the door.
Henry: "Where's Grace?"
Suddenly, as if on cue, Grace walked into the front area of the house.
Grace: "Right here!"
Henry said bye and walked with Grace upstairs. It was just me and Jefferson.
Jefferson: "How are you?"
Emma: "Fine, but I should get going?"
I turned to leave but he pulled me back.
Jefferson: "I'm sorry...I know that the last time you were here it was when I kidnapped you...and it must be really weird but I wanna say sorry"
Emma: "It's ok"
Jefferson: "I just wanted to make Grace remember me"
Emma: "I understand doing something for your kid, trust me I do, but kidnapping is a whole new level...it's ok though"
Jefferson: "Let's start fresh"
He put his hand out and we shook hands.
Emma: "I gotta go"
Jefferson: "Alright, good bye Emma"
Emma: "Bye"
I left and got into my car. I sat there for a second. I needed to process how weird and awkward that was. I shook it off and started driving home. When I got home my parents were sitting next to each other on the couch watching Snow White and the seven dwarfs. I laughed as I toke off my jacket and hung it up.
Mary Margret: "What's so funny?"
Emma: "Snow White and Prince Charming watching Snow White and the seven dwarfs"
David: "The story is very different, it's quite inaccurate"
Emma: "Ya, but those are the stories I grew up with, that's how I knew you until I broke the curse"
Mary Margret: "Is there any movie about you?"
Emma: "No, just the originals"
Mary Margret: "Oh"
David: "Where's Henry?"
Emma: "I dropped him off at Jeffersons, he's finishing an assignment with Grace"
David: "Well, wanna watch an inaccurate retelling of how your parents met?"
I laughed and joined them on the couch.
Emma: "Is Neal asleep?"
David: "Ya"
I started watching the movie. These were stories I grew up with, it's how I've always known them, it was weird to now know that those aren't the real stories. As I watched Prince Charming wake Snow White with true loves kiss I slowly fell asleep.
