I woke up just in time to see the man leave the room, so about five seconds later. This time, I fully remembered dying, so I took a handcuff key and unlocked myself, then left the station and walked home. By the time I got there, the sun was rising, and I walked through the door as my parents mobbed me. "Where were you?" They yelled. "I snuck out," I lied. I didn't want to say anything until I understood what was going on. They yelled at me, but I wasn't paying attention. I was too confused by what had happened. I had died twice, but here I was. It just didn't make sense.
