What's Up With Andy?

Part 7

After I bathed Bella and tucked her in for the night, I got a call from Ashley.
"Hello?" I said
"Hey Andy. I have to tell you something." He replied
"What's going on?" I asked
Ashley sighed.
"I don't know how to say this but, Pan killed himself tonight." Ashley said
"Wow. I never saw that coming." I said
"Neither of us did." Ashley replied
"Does Sandra and Jinxx know?" I asked
"Yeah. I already told them." Ashley said
I thought back to one of those days when Bella was still a baby.
*flashback* I walked out of the kitchen with Bella's bottle ready to feed her when I noticed that Bella wasn't in her swing.
"Where's Bella?!" I asked in a panic
Ashley, Jinxx and Sandra just looked at me in confusion.
"Come on! Help me look for her!" I said as I began to throw cushions
Soon, I heard Bella crying in another room.
"Bella?!" I said as I ran out of the room "Don't cry sweetie! Daddy's coming!"
As I ran out of the room, I saw Pan trying (and failing) to calm Bella down.
"There you are Andy!" Pan said "I can't get her to stop crying!"
I began laughing and said "Pass her to me. It's time to feed her."
Pan did so and I began to feed my little girl once she was in my arms.
"I'm so sorry." Pan said, feeling guilty
"Don't worry. You were playing with her and lost track of time. It happens."I said
*end flashback*
I was speechless.
"Is there going to be a funeral?" I asked
"So far? I don't know. His body was just found tonight." Ashley said
"Okay. Thanks anyway." I said as I hung up
Soon, I heard Bella's door open.
I turned to look at Bella and said "What are you doing out of bed, princess?" I asked
"I heard you talking about Uncle Pan." Bella said
It broke my heart to hear her say that.
So, I knelt to her level and said "Uncle Pan was very sad. But, he loved playing with you." I said
"I made him happy?" Bella asked
"Yeah." I said
"Then why did he die?" Bella asked
"I don't know baby." I said
"I miss him." Bella said as she cuddled close to me
"I do too Bella." I replied
