Chapter 13 : He is so sweet

***SASHA'S P.O.V.***

It was December 21 which was a Monday and also known as the last the day of school till Christmas Break. As usual, I would get dressed and waited for Janna to arrive. I heard a beep from my phone and thought it was her, but it wasn't. Surprisingly, it was from Adriel. I rolled my eyes and closed my phone till a lot of messages flooded my phone, one by one, I started getting annoyed by the vibrations. I grabbed my phone and I wanted to shut it off. Not knowing it was all from Ban and not from Adriel, I quickly opened my inbox.

B : Hey beautiful 😉
B : I'm sorry if this is too straight forward, but I've been waiting to ask you this for weeks now
B : Would you like to have lunch with me?
B : I know the last time we had lunch together wasn't the best, but it would be memorable.
B : I hope...
B : Just the two of us 😊
B : Are you awake?
B : Now I'm just spamming you...
B : Don't report me
B : Mercy girl
B : That's all I'm asking for XD
B : Wait! And also lunch 😉

I smiled as I thought of something to reply with.

S : Hey Ban
S : Just woke up
S : And yeah, I'm happy to have lunch with you 😊
S : See you later!!!

I placed my phone in my pocket as I hear a car honk, obviously from Janna's car.

"So this is the Sasha who stood me up, except I didn't ask for a date...but still." she gave me a death glare. I was confused and didn't know what she was literally talking about. Was I drunk last night? No I don't think so, I don't drink. Or she's just trying creeping me out...

"What are you talking about?" I asked, scratching my head.

"Dude, I was waiting at the park for you." she replied. I had flashbacks running through my brain when I remembered our talk. Oh.

"Oh man, dude I forgot." I said.

"Sure you did." she said, sarcastically.

"Because Adriel stood me up, then Ban went to my house and---"

"Wait a second, Ban, as in Ban Lightwood went to your house?" she asked. I nodded. "Ekkkk!" she damaged my ear drums. "I ship you guys!"

"I thought you shipped Evan and I?" I said, getting in the car.

"Forget about that, BANSHA it is." she yelled.

"Oh shut up." I joked around.

"I mean, The Ball is in a month. Who are you going with?" she asked.

"What ball?" I asked.

"Fine, let me rephrase that. Homecoming." she thought.

"Ohhh.....I don't know." I answered. She face palmed.

"Are you kidding me?" she muttered.

"Nope, not even close." I said.

"But seriously BANSHA is life." She thought.

"I'm not sure about that, but I think my relationship with Ban is going there, you know." I admit.

"Well now I just hope you won't jinx that." she hoped. "And again the ball."

"Yep, but it's still a month anyways, don't worry about it just yet." she advised. I headed to class and accidentally tripped. Adriel helped me stand up and I thanked him for that, but when I was trying to avoid him, he just shouted something a loud, which caught everyone's attention. Dammit Adriel.
