Armin's P.O.V

RINGGGG

The sound that freed everyone from the hell hole we call class, but now we are free to go to heaven, lunch.

Ah lunch...my FAVORITE time of day. I thought to myself as I ran down the hall, with my heavy books in hand. Then suddenly,

BLAM. I tripped and fell to my face, then behind me I heard snickers that were all too familiar.

"How's it going coconut head?" Yelled the person who tripped me, Reiner, behind him was Bertolt and Annie.

"...N-nothing Reiner." I said quickly, picking my legs up off the floor, trying to scurry away.

"Ahhhh, come on babe, don't be that way." Without saying another word to Reiner, I ran as fast as my skinny legs would take me.

I wish he would just leave me alone...

Ever since 6th grade of middle school Reiner would never stop bulling me for my...sexual preference.
Then one day, my hero, my jock, my friend, stood up for me.

Jean...

My body could melt just by thinking about him. My now boyfriend. There is only one thing now to worry about, and that's Reiner. Jean doesn't know that he still bullies me, I really don't want or need him to worry about me, he's already done so much.

Im slowly walking outside to a lovely little blossom tree losing its petals, and underneath it all was a ray of sunshine, Jean.

I froze in my tracks, looking at him. Taking in his features from a distance. Moments later I saw him turn his head and his expression went from bored, to excitment within milliseconds.

"ARMIN!" I heard him yell with a smile, and with that I sprinted strait toward him and forgot about Reiner for a moment.

Once I got within two feet of him I dropped my books and jumped into his arms, making him go step back a little in surprise, and wrap his arms around me.

"Well someone's a little excited to see me today!" He said with his signature half grin.

"I'm just glad to see you today Jean." I say as I hugged him tighter, afraid to let go.

"Uh...Armin?" Jean said in confusion, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, why?" I say as I took a step back to take in his features, nicely combed two toned hair, piercing hazel eyes, and fair skin.

"You're hurting me, Armin!" He yelled at me, only then did I realize I had my fingernails digging into his arms, trying to cling to him, afraid to let go.

I immediatly let go of him and stepped away. "I'm so sorry..." I say ashamed.

"I can tell there's something wrong." he said with a worried look in his eyes.

"How so?"

"You rarely hug me as tight and scared, and when you do, you have that glisten in your eyes, but you never tell me- GASP. REINER ISNT BOTHERING YOU AGAIN IS HE?! IF HE IS I WILL PERSONALLY KILL HI-" At that moment I managed to hush him with one of my fingers and chuckled.

"No, of course not Jean-Bo." I laugh, "I love you so much." And with that I quickly removed my finger, got to my tippy toes and lightly pressed my lips against his, feeling that familar smirk of his everytime we kissed.

Once I broke the kiss I asked him the question I ask him everyday, "What did you bring me for lunchhh." Emphasizing lunch in my cutest tone of voice.
