Example; 1:
A cat swallows a deathberry.Medicine Procedures: Immediantly have the kit swallow a yarrow leaf, then after they vomit, have them take a small dosage of finely chewed, and watery, Wintergreen poultice. Make sure the kit stays hydrated afterwards.
Example; 2:
A cat suffers from a wound near jugular. (Not deep enough to be lethal. Could also be used for any wound that bleeds excessively, some methods not needed if it's a smaller scratch)Chew Goldenrod into a poultice, then apply gently to the cut. Rub in deep. Then put a thin layer of honey over the poultice, to prevent infection. After that, Wrap it thickly with Cobwebs. If the wound is deeper, extra measures may be necessary.
Example; 3:
A queen has obviously lost her kits, and they are guaranteed stillborn. (A queen may bleed, or stop feeling movement to indicate the death) But, the kittens are still inside her. First have the queen chew a poultice of Willow Bark and Thyme. (Willow Bark eases pain, and Thyme reduces shock). Then have the queen attempt to push the kittens out. If they don't come out right away, the queen will be put to sleep with poppy, and set up in the Medicine Den.(If the kits remain inside her, she will die. She has more chances to have kits.) Then the Medicine cat must manually sever the main limbs from the kittens Inside and pull the remains out. This is a terribly depressing process, and the queen shouldn't be told the fate of her dead kits. After the procedure, thickly rub mint on the queen to hide the scents.
