leo's pov

Jason frowns and walks towards me. Once he's close enough he whispers in my ear, "do you like Conner?"

My eyes widen at his question. I don't like Conner, obviously, but what type of person just randomly whispers in your ear and asks who you like?

"No, I don't like him," I state.

Why would Jason even bring up Conner? Oh my god, I bet he read my texts.

"Jason," I say calmly. "did you look through my texts?"

"I might have..." His voice trails off, "and I really hope you didn't like seeing Nico naked."

My face heats up, "shut your face, it was all Travis' fault I had to see Nico like that. Those damn Stolls," I grumble.

"Well did you like seeing Nico like that?" Jason questions.

"Fuck no, are you stupid? Honestly I feel like seeing Nico naked has brought us closer together as super best friends.."

"I'm getting off topic, but whatever, what do you think of me? Be honest," Jason sits on his bed.

I think for a moment, "for starters, you're rude, stupid, hot, annoying–" I cut myself off once I heard what I had just said about Jason.

Jason smirks, "oh, so you think I'm hot, Valdez?"

"Fuck off, I do not," I blush as I attempt to think of a lie. "I.. was thinking of someone else!" That was the dumbest lie ever.

He raises an eyebrow, "oh really? Who?"

I say the first name that popped into my head, "Luke?" I say but it came out as more of a question.

Jason looks at me curiously, "Luke?" He asks, "The Luke? The one who always flicks your head during lunch, Luke?"

"uh, yeah." I go on with it.

Jason quietly says, "oh." I could tell he didn't believe me but he didn't pry.

We stay in awkward silence for a bit before I try to break it with a quiet, "so."

"Okay, well it's eleven now so we should sleep soon," Jason tells me, "I'll sleep on the couch, you can sleep in my bed."

"No, it's fine." I say, "You can sleep in your bed, it's fine. I can sleep on the couch."

"Uh no," Jason looks at me weirdly, "You're my guest and you should sleep in the bed."

"It's your bed." I tell him, "You sleep in it."

"You are not sleeping on the couch."

"Well I'm not sleeping in your bed."

"Why!" he exclaims.

"Because it's yours. You should sleep in it. Plus, since I'm your guest." I say, "I get what I want."

Jason glares at me but gives in, "Alright." He says, "But since this is my house, I get to have a say as well."

I roll my eyes and groan, "Oh my god! Just let me sleep on the couch!"
