On the last day of junior high Jason and Piper were leaving to go celebrate when Piper needed to use the restroom. As soon she left Reyna came to talk to Jason. Reyna was moving to California and wanted to wish Jason good bye. Reyna leaned in and kissed Jason but it was cut short by a sob. They turned just in time to see Piper running away.
