Dear Mr. —----,
I've already mildly tried contacting a friend of yours; your bandmate even. There is a very low probability of either of you receiving your letter. Mostly because I, myself, will never send them. Maybe my friends will intercept the letters, determine who they're for, and then send them to the people addressed.
I almost made myself laugh just then. Who would want to send out these letters? Most are not happy, many would find their letter embarrassing, and others would have no clue what it is, seeing as my name is never at the end of the letter. Maybe you have an idea who I am now. Maybe I'm just what seems as another person writing to you among a thousand others.
Your music is amazing; even better that you can share it with your best friends. It has a sound to it that is different from all of the other artists that I listen to. And that's a good thing by the way; different. Not everybody thinks so, but it shows that you stand out to someone. Someone likes you because you're not the same as everyone else. Be happy for that.
Sincerely,
Rhythmic Ashes
