If you are losing motivation, you should try a few things:
1) Remind yourself why you are swimming, what your goal is.
2) Try and take a practice or two off.
3) Look at motivational quotes and videos. This helps me.
4) Find out if you are doing garbage yardage, if you are, start focusing on certain technique things on sets to avoid it. This may help you get motivated again.I hope I helped!
