Sierra

I walked into the room to see Heaven already sitting in the discussion room. I greeted Heaven and sat down in an empty chair. It was currently twenty minutes pass the time that we were suppose to start our little meeting, but Lola still hasn't shown up.

"Can we go ahead and start, Heaven. It's liable that Lola won't even show up." I said completely annoyed.

"Sierra, just be patient. She's not going to flake on us. She cares too much about this friendship."

I scoffed and spoke under my breathe, "Only if you knew."

"What did you say?"

"Nothing, Heaven."

"See, Sierra! That stuff gets on my nerves. You talk under your breathe about everything and never speak up. God! If you have something to say then say it and stop mumbling like your scared. Stop hiding and mumbling!"

"Heaven, what am I suppose to be scared of hmm? You? Lola? You tell me because I'm scared of neither one of y'all. If there's somebody hiding something, I'm not the one you should be looking at! Lola's the one-"

"Hold up. Did the meeting already start?" Lola interrupted walking into the room. "Sorry I'm late. I overslept."

"You're fine, Lola. Let's go ahead and start." Heaven said with a sigh.

"Where's Mrs. James. Doesn't she come to the privates?" I asked hoping she wasn't coming because I already feel like I'm going to say some inappropriate things.

"She's not coming today. Something came up, so we are having the meeting alone. Do you think we can handle that ladies." Heaven said looking at Lola and I. I nodded and Lola looking down at her phone didn't seem to be paying attention.

" Heaven, we're all freaking eighteen year old girls that are about to graduate in a few months. Of course we can be mature. Now start this meeting so that we can work everything out."

"Okay, well first I want to talk about the situation that happened two days ago at the party Friday. I'm completely lost at what happened that night. Please be completely honest you guys." She said looking straight at me.

I decided I would speak up first since the night kind of took a switch because of me. "Well, we all walked into the party and went our separate ways. I went over to Mace and his friends and partied with them for a while until I decided to go to the bar and grab a drink. I might have a drink or two and got a little tipsy. After that I went to the bathroom and I can't remember anything after that."

"Okay Lola you-"

"You're a lie." Lola said blandly not looking up from her phone once again.

"What are you talking about?" Heaven said looking puzzled.

"I'm talking about Sierra lying about what happened. She's telling the story, but she's omitting major details," she looked up from here phone at me smirking, "Tell us how you ended up in the hospital and who you met."

Heaven looked at my with her eyes on bright as if she was about to cry. I hate to hide stuff from her because she truly cared for us. I fiddled with my fingers and sighed.

"Sierra?" Heaven asked.

"Mace did it." I said looking down, "I had gotten mad at him for letting another girl dance on him and asked him to come talk to me in the bathroom. I started calling him names out of anger and he hit me into the toilet knocking me out."

By the time I was finished Heaven and I were both in tears. Just thinking about it made me heartbroken. Heaven came to me and we hugged as we both consoles each other.

" Why didn't you tell us? We could've reported him and sent him to jail. Sierra you don't deserve that." Heaven said looking.

"That's the thing Heaven she doesn't want us to. She rather sit there and let him beat her ass like a fool instead of leaving him." Lola butted in looking disgusted with the scene unfolding in front of her."

"Lola!"

"Don't 'Lola' me. I'm telling the truth. And the truth is that Sierra is a complete dumb ass."

I jumped up from where I was sitting and looked straight at Lola. "No Lola, you're a dumb ass for being a sideline hoe all these years."

"You shut the hell up!" Lola screamed coming face to face with me. We were so close you could smell the venom in her breath. "We came to an agreement, Sierra. Don't fuck me over right now." She mumbled only allowing me and her to hear what was being said. I looked at her then I looked at Heaven who was begging us to stop.

"Don't make me lie to her."

"Don't," She said smirking,"but I sure hell will enjoy watching Mace beat the hell out of you when he sees you on your date."

"You guys please stop. This isn't helping." Heaven begged.

"Now apologize and let's act like everything is okay."

Tears formed in my eyes as I became angrier and angrier by the minute. I wanted to put my hands on her so bad and I wanted to tell Heaven the truth.

I looked between the both of them and decided on what I was going to do.

"Heaven, I'm sorry for what I'm about to say."
