~~~~Dean's P.O.V.~~~~
"Yeah because it's definitely not like I'm sitting here thinking of how many things I did wrong to upset you." You say and let out a puff of air which turns into steam in the cold air.
"Just drop it ok! I don't need to explain myself to you" Dean snaps and looks at you with a cold stare that softens as soon as the words leave his mouth, realizing what he said.
You turn and gawk at him for a minute before finally responding back to him. "I guess if that's how you feel, there's no need for me to stay and talk anymore." You say, looking away from him, your wings slowly creeping out of their place against your back to wrap around your self as you slowly slide off the hood of the car.
"Wait, (y/n) that's not what I meant." Dean rushes out, sitting up off the windshield.
She rolls her eyes at me before running away, down the road. I run after her, once I'm close enough to grab her, she snaps out her wings and takes off I reach up and just barely missing her ankle as she lifts off the ground with her dark wings.
"(y/n)! Come back! Please!" I say as she flies further away. "I can explain (y/n)!" She ignores me and heads off to who knows where. I furrow my brows and walk back to my car, turning around and watching for (y/n) one last time before getting in and driving off to the nearest bar.
Upon arrival I sit at the bar next to a lady, a long black cloak hanging over the back of her bar stool. Ordering a beer I turn and look at the woman more, she has long curly black hair that falls to her waist, I look up to her head and see her absolutely piercing purple eyes staring at me.
"What's your name stranger?" She asks once she catches my glance, she gives off an eerie atmosphere that I don't like about her.
"Charles." I say deciding to not trust her. "What's yours?" I ask her right back, picking up the fresh drink from the bar counter.
"Medea." She says and picks up her own drink to take a sip. Right as she's about to talk more a phone rings inside her pocket, she steps outside to take the call.
I look around the small bar and notice that there's also a pool table, which I couldn't help but play a few rounds. I keep an eye out just in case Medea comes back in, which she doesn't, but otherwise, I hustle some rich kids out of a few hundred dollars.
I'm about to start another round when my own phone rings, looking at it I see that it's Sam calling. Taking the call I walk outside to where it's quieter and talk to Sammy.
"Dean, did you do something to (y/n)?" Sam immediately asks, so much for a hello.
"No I didn't do something to her? Why? What happened?" I say starting to worry a small bit.
"I don't know, she won't tell me, she just burst into tears and won't stop." Sam says and I can hear him shift around on the other end.
"Alright, and what am I going to do about it?" I say already heading to baby since I know what he's going to say.
"I don't know, come back and apologize. At least find out what's wrong." Sam says, I hear him puff a sigh on the line.
"Fine, I'll come back since you can't handle it yourself." I say as I end the call and get in baby to drive back.
It's not a very long drive back to the motel, but when I get there Sam's standing outside the room door looking pretty cold.
"What're you doing out here Sammy? It's cold." I say reaching for the doorknob before Sam stops me.
"Don't be mean to her." Sam says before he steps back and lets the door open.
When we enter the room (y/n) is passed out on the couch, I watch her breathe for a second before walking closer. Looking at the beds I see tear stains on Sam's pillow and turn to look at him.
"What did you do to her?" I ask getting a bitch-face in return. "She seems fine now." I say and head over to my own bed, striping down to what I sleep in and get ready to lay down.
"Yeah, for now." Sam says and walks into the bathroom to do whatever it is he does. I roll my eyes and lay under the heavy motel covers, slowly drifting to sleep.
I wake up several hours later to the sound of crying and someone calling my name, from the floor past my bed. I swing my legs over the edge of the bed and make my way towards the sounds, only to find out that it's (y/n), on the ground crying and calling out in her sleep.
"(Y/n)." I whisper to her, trying to get her to wake up but to no avail.
"Hey (y/n)." I say a little louder and nudge her foot which doesn't work either.
I get down close to her face and try again. "(y/n). Wake up." I say and start shaking her shoulder, to which she gasps and starts flailing her arms and legs trying to get away from some non-existent threat. I grab her torso and hold it close to myself, holding down her legs from flailing.
"Please, don't hurt me." She says, all while still asleep.
"I'm not going to hurt you, it's ok." I coo to her and rub her arm trying to stop her from hyperventilating in my arms. I lean my head down and kiss the top of her head, feeling her tears still pouring from her eyes and wetting my shirt.
"Hey Jude, don't make it bad." I start to sing so that she will calm down. "Take a sad song and make it better, remember to let her into your heart, then you can start to make it better." I softly sing to her as she slowly stops fidgeting in my arms.
It takes a minute but she finally stops having fits of terror and quits crying enough for me to pick her up and take her to my bed and make her face me so I won't hurt her wings.
"That couch must have been uncomfortable." I whisper to her in the dark as I cover the both of us, pulling her closer to me when I feel her start to twitch. Eventually I fall back to sleep, breathing in her scent as her head stays close to my chest, listening to my steady heartbeat.
