Selena's POV

Ugh.. it's raining again. How am I gonna hunt with weather like this. Thank God I still have some dead deer from earlier today that I ate for snack. At least I can eat somehing.I like it better to be a dragon myself than being the human part of me. I feel more, free. Like I'm being myself.

I'm 19 years old now. I ran away from my house when I was about 15 years old and I've been living in this amazing forest for 4 years. This forest have a lot of animals and fresh water. There's fruits and grass plus a lot of big trees.

Ah! A bird!

I fly quietly to the bird. When I finally reach a perfect position to strike, I shock the bird with the lightning I can let out from my mouth full of teeth.

Making it fall from the sky to the ground. I hop to the ground as I pretty much took only a bite to finish the bird.

Mmmh this one just ate a fish I can taste the fish in my mouth. After done chewing the bird I walk to the river and drink some water as the rain is getting calmer now.

*crack*

Did I just heard something? Nope it was probably just the animals.

*crack*

Ok that is not animals.. it's probably in the middle of the night so only owls and me that are awake right now. I should really going back now. I slowly walk back to my place which is under the biggest tree in the forest. Sigh, it's been a long day.

You know, even until today I still don't understand why am I born this way. Why am I here. Who I really am and where do I come from. Lately I've been going to the river where I was born a lot. It felt like if I was there, I almost understand this life.

As I cuddle myself under the tree alone, my eyes getting heavier and heavier. It's hard to bare with the pain inside of my heart. I hate being different.

Sometimes I wish I was born in a normal happy family. But a part of me feel like that I do have a family and I will meet them one day, I will return to where I came from at the very first time.

Jack's POV

"It's like 10 pm now and they hasn't get home yet. What are we gonna do?" Olivia said start to panic. "Eh, they'll be home soon.. don't worry." Piper told Olivia trying to calm her down.

I walk to my room next to Holly's so I peek a little inside of her room. She's still sitting near her window looking outside at the night stars.

"Holly?" I said walming in slowly "Jackie look!" She said pointing to the window. "Ok little girl let's get you in bed now." I said picking her up.

"Jackie there's something shiny outside!" She said keep pointing but I still not looking. "I know baby, it's the stars." I said putting her on her bed but she stands up again, "no Jackie look!!" She said upset that I didn't paying attention.

I lazily look to outside of the window. There's a horrible lightning that keep striking into the forest. My eyes widen at the sight. Oh no. Those twats still out there. "Holly go sleep ok? Jackie needs to go out for a little, Olivia will be with you ok?" I said kissing her forehead and run out of her room.

"Guys there's probably gonna be a storm outside and they still out there I need to go get them. Olivia please put Holly to sleep." I said rushing out "hey be careful out there Jack." Olivia said.

"You can't go there alone I'm coming with you." Calvin said standing up from the couch. When me and Calvin were about to leave Piper suddenly stop us. "Hey wait, it's Brandon!" She said holding her phone. "Put it on speaker." Calvin said.

"Brandon bro where are you?" I said a bit worry. "Jack.." he whispered through the phone. "What? Hey why are you whispering hey y'all alright?" I said looking to Calvin giving an unsure look.

"This is definetely not a bigfoot." he said back and I heard a big roar and the phone cut off. "Hey hey Brandon! Aye are you there?!" I said panicking now.

"Bro we need to hurry. If anything goes wrong here Alex is upstairs.." Calvin said to Piper and Olivia and we both run outside jump into our motorcycles as he kiss Olivia goodbye. We drove into the woods searching for Brandon, Dylan, and Jordan.

About 10 minutes we stop the motorcycles. we both hop off the motor and start walking. "Aye look.."

"Yo isn't this is Dylan's phone?" He said picking up a phone from the ground. We look down and see foot steps of 3 people. It must be them. The footsteps are really messy. It must be from them running but from what? There's no animal footsteps.

Once I look into the place more, I notice something.

There's a lot of big and deep claw marks in every tree. "What the hell is this?" I said furrowing my eyebrows.

"What kind of animal they ran to?" Calvin said looking at the marks.

We both the follow the marks and the footsteps. It's about 5 minutes later, the footsteps are gone because of the mud. "Fuck." I cursed.

"Let's just follow the claw marks maybe it'll lead us to them." Calvin said.

"Yeah you're right." I said to him.

As we walk I keep thinking of what kind of animal that could possibly make those claw marks like that.

We keep walking into the woods finally found a fucking big tree. It was so huge. Probably twice as big as a cadillac. We walk over under the tree and that tree is covered by the marks we saw on many trees before.

Me and Calvin walk over the left side and suddenly a sharp pain hit me in the head. Some branches just fell off the tree making me and Calvin took a step back. "Pstt.." I heard a whisper from the tree making Calvin took his gun in case it was dangerous.

"It's us." Another whisper. I took a flashlight to see who it was and there they are Jordan, Brandon, and Dylan hanging on the tree.

Me and Calvin let a relief sigh. "What are you doing? Get your ass down here." Calvin said.

"Don't. Move." Brandon said whispering even lighter. "Hey what's wrong?" Calvin ask.

"Behind you." He whisper in a shaking voice. Suddenly I feel a heavy breath hitting my shoulder hard making my stomach flip. Not in a good way.

A low groan release and Calvin immidiately look back holding his gun out but as soon as he look behind his eyes widen and the gun on his hand fall to the ground. I could see on the corner on my eyes his hands were shaking.

I slowly look back and I swear at the moment, I could feel my heart just stop beating for a second at the creature that I'm looking.

I know it's shorter than the first one because I just got my arm surgery so it's sorta hard to type hahahah.
