Hannah POV

After Liv and I agreed to help Emily, we began to develop ways of implanting the the developing embryos into Emily. We decided that using the cover as IVF with a sperm donar would be appropriate. One of the only problems would be the helpers in Liv's lab and if they discovered what we were up to.

The centre was silent at night. The cleaners had all left and the only light was from the emergency exit lights. Liv and I had our hearts in our mouths as in the shadows it seemed as everything was moving. We had spent the past two weeks developing the DNA from Charlotte into a new embryos. It was now ready to be implanted into Emily. We had decided to tell the IVF doctor that the centre we had been using had burned down. This worked as one in the local area had burnt down the previous month. The doctor had given us a strange look when we told him that some of the embryos had survived.

As we entered the lab, the lights flickered on. We all jumped at the sudden change of light. Liv walked over to the container in which she had been keeping the embryos.

"All is good" she said as she removed them in their little jar and walked over to us. We left silently and praying that nobody was around. We walked back through all the winding corridors and back through the lobby. It all looked very different at night. When we got back to the car park Liv turned to me.

"What we are about to do it is completely and utterly illegal..." She started. My heart was about to make a sudden exit out my mouth. She was going to back out now?

"But screw that. Emily wants her daughter back. We can give her that." I breathed a sigh of relief.

"Thought you were going to back out then" I said quietly.

"I was thinking that but why should I put back my greatest ambition even if it does mean a life sentence..." She said conversationally. I let out a laugh at that.

"We'll just have to not get caught" I said shakily.

I climbed into my car and we both left the centre.

The next day was implant day. Liv had turned up at the IVF facility claiming to be Emily's previous IVF doctor with the embryos. She had said that she was the scientist and that the implant was handled by surgeons. The surgeon swallowed this whole but this was mainly because Liv had decided to put on a little smudge of make up that day and he couldn't keep his eyes off her. She could probably have told him to set fire to Buckingham palace and he would have done it without any questions.

James had gone to stay with his cousins during this time because we decided that it would be too stressful for Emily at this time. Well that is the story we told his aunt who was very understanding to the point of annoying.

"So we are going to implant two embryos to increase the chance of survival" said the surgeon to Emily. They had agreed to this.

The operation went successfully and the doctor told Emily to report back to the clinic in two weeks time to see if they were continuing to develop. Emily looked very happy at this however she went a visited the grave yard afterwards. Despite all this she still loved Charlotte so much and this new clone wouldn't have the same personality and although this new girl would have the same looks she would still be different. We had told Emily this but she still struggled to comprehend it. She kept on saying how she would be having Charlotte again.

I hoped that she wouldn't expect too much of this new child. When I really sat and thought about it I wondered if we had done the right thing. Then I saw Emily's face and how happy she was and thought. I would rather have this Emily than a depressed one. And James is keeping his loving mother.
