After that we went back to the table to eat. I sat back down and started to eat. We all made small talk and I got to know Jane some more. Like her favorite color and food. What's she likes to play and all that stuff.
After supper we set up Janes room and I went to my room and got changed. I got my phone and asked for there cell numbers. After I got them I called tomoé.
"Hey? You awake?"
"Mm now I am. What's up?"
"Sorry I didn't mean to wake you. I'll call back."
"No! I'll always answer when you call or text. So what's up?"
"Nothing I got my room set up and met my a little sister."
"Wait wait. You have a sister?!"
"I was adopted into a family that already had a 5 year old kid. "
"Ohhh. Cool!"
"Yea. I'll let you go back to sleep, night I love you."
"I love you too, good night Hikaru"
"Night."
I hang up and plugged in my phone. There was a knock on my door. I walked over and opened the door.Sarah was there smiling. "We're heading to bed and wanted to say good night and sweet dreams." "Good night." I hugged her and she kissed the top of my head. " I hope you like it here." "Me too"
She left and I claimed into the bed. It's comfy. It's way~ more comfy then the old bed I was sleeping on. I fell asleep.
I woke up to wind. I sat up and stretched. I swung my over the edge. A knock on the door and few seconds after I sat up. "COME IN" I yelled. The door opened and Jane came in.
"Morning Jane." I said is s soft voice. "M-morning h-Hikaru." Jane stuttered. "What's up?" I asked. "Um m-mom and-d da-ad wa-ants you do-own sta-ai-irs." "Ok thanks." She left. I got off my bed and walked behind her as we went down the stairs.
"Morning." I said as I walked into the dining room/kitchen area. "Morning Hikaru. Thank you janey for bringing Hikaru down." "You're welcome mommy!"
Wow Jane is like a normal kid. I hope she'll warm up to me. I sat down and 'dad' comes in with French toast. He gives everyone there's and helps Jane up into her chair and cuts up her food.
After eating I went up to my new room and got some clothes. I hear my phone buzz. I picked it up to see its tomoé. I smiled.
"Hey. Morning"
"Morning love." I smiled.
"What are you doing today?"
"Nothing, just getting stuff for my room."
"Sweet. I'll let you get to it. I'll text you later. Love you"
"Love you too. Bye"
I hang up and went to the bathroom. I got showered and dressed. I got my purse and phone. I walked down the stairs to see my new family. I smiled and jumped the last few steps.
"Hey! Ready?"
"Yep!" Said 'mom'. We went to the car. I got into the back, Jane got into her car seat. My new mom and dad got into the front seats. Kevin was driving and Sarah was in the next seat. She turned around and took a picture of me.
"Hey!" I play yelled. "I just wanted it for my phone and for you're profile on my phone." She laughed. I laughed along with her. We pulled out of the drive way. I don't like cars. "Um is it ok if I put my headphones in? And if so could I sing along?"
"Yea no problem. Just don't have them up to loud."
