Chapter 4: the truth.

Artemis called butler who reached his side at such speed it could be mistaken that he could teleport. As soon as Butler reached Artemis and saw Alex standing next to him. His eyes widened for a second then instinctively took out his sig saucer and pointed it towards Alex.

“Get away from him, Artemis!” he barked.  

“Wait butler, he saved my –“

“It doesn’t matter!” cut in butler. He had never done that before that worried Artemis.

“Do you know who he is? He a spy from m16.” He said.

“Artemis took this in calmly. Is this true Alex.” He questioned Alex. Alex thought frantically, how did they found out who I was, M16 kept a close leash on my identity. Just what have I gotten into?

“I can explain-“

“Is it true or not.” cut in Artemis.

“I worked for the M16 before but I’m no longer a part of it.” said Alex.

“Hmm. We can trust him, he saved my life.” He said looking at butler.

“Lets go home.” He said to butler.

“I’ll find my way home “said Alex.

“If you need help, I’ll be there.” said Artemis.

“About time we got even, eh” said Alex with a smile .This was the first time he had smiled after Jack’s death.

Alex got the M16 to book him a flight to Dublin. The M16 did not question him, he had done too much for them, and they owed him. The flight to Dublin went eventless. The fowl manor was just a few hours drive away. The main gate was closed. Alex was really impatient so he jumped over the gate and all hell broke lose.
