This is a story about a young werewolf named Heaven. She was treated horribly by her birth pack. After she got the courage and went rouge, she found herself with a new problem. She met her mate, who is an Alpha.

Heaven's POV

I've been running since I was thirteen. Yes I was young, but I was disowned by my parents. My whole pack thought I was a waste of time because I couldn't fight. Well truth was I hadn't gotten my wolf until recently but by then the damage was done.

I sat next to a river, trying  to relax after being  chased by rouge wolves. "Why have they been chasing me? This is becoming more frequent than usual", I thought while trying to gather up some air into my lungs. I was currently in my wolf form since it's the fastest way to get away from danger, I dip my head down to the cool refreshing water to quench my thirst.

Finally after I caught my breath, I proceeded to walk behind a row of bushes to shift back into my human form. Normally a pup would have his/her first shift with the family, but since I didn't have one any longer; my first shift at the age of fifteen was experienced all alone.

I grabbed my back pack that carried my clothes and a small amount of food that I would hunt or gather. Never felt the need to steal from people. As I pulled out some of my clothes, I noticed they needed to be washed. Thank goddess I was near a river.

After I finished washing my clothes and ate a small amount of food,  I returned to my wolf form and headed out. Jumping over logs and weaving around the trees, I felt ready for the day.

Stopping about a hour or two later once I lost my breath and again found a small pond. I never aloud myself to stop running if I didn't have a water supply.

As I took a few drinks, I heard a twig snap. I thought of the worse; my old pack had found me and were going to hurt me. I didn't want to go back and be tortured. The whole time every horrible memory was flashing through my mind of my past; I finally realized my fears were silly when a little fluffy brown bunny came jumping out of the brush past me.

Normally I would attack the bunny, but I had plenty of food. Taking another deep breath, I relaxed and returned to drinking. The moon began to rise over the tree lining which was my signal to get some rest. Scanning the surrounding area, I quickly ran to a near by cave. Looked empty but safe so I curled into a small ball and fell asleep with the grateful thoughts that I'm never going back to that horrible pack.

"It's all your fault Heaven." My mother yelled while holding my baby brother

"I didn't do anything momma, he didn't tell me where he went. Darik, please wake up! The game is over. Please wake up." I said with tears rolling down my face.
