Vince's POV

I started walking around the camp while Xavier finished giving his speech, he already finished introducing me to everyone and to my surprise the surprise they accept me very well.

I started to walk toward the camps fighting area and there I saw someone I never wanted to meet again for as long as I live, I didn't want to remember those memories. Richard. He was my closes friend back in high school but when he met Xavier he left me for him, yeah that might sound like girly stuff but he also stole every girlfriend I ever had so he was on my kill list.

He was battling a green and blue haired girl and from the looks of it she must be a third in command and Luna, wait who is this girl? And why is she here? I started to walk toward her but got stopped from a hand on my shoulder, I turned on my heels and saw a blonde haired green eyed girl. I wrapped my arms around her and hugged her like a bug bear, she laughed for a few than told me to stop. I did as I was told and ruffled her hair,"How you been Griven?"

Griven punched me in the arm while fixing her hair,"I've been good asshole. So I got told your Heaven's mate as well?" I nodded,"And from the smell of it you guys are fully mated." I couldn't help but blush so deep since it slipped my mind about our scents changing.

"I'm sure the whole pack knows by now don't they?" Griven nodded while still fixing her hair. Isn't she just a pretty princess.

"Well come let's grab something to eat before the battle tonight, I'm not sure why Xavier picked the battle at night but can't change it now." I walked beside Griven and we just talked about our life's. Mine was very simple since I didn't go out much, k stayed on the west part of the pack house since the blood contract.

When we had our plate full of food I saw Xavier walking up,"Vince we need to talk." I was about to relpy but Griven beat me to it.

"Anything you talk about to our brother you can tell you sister." I looked at her and she was going to stand her grounds.

"Griven please remove yourself from the table. I need to talk with Vince." I could feel that Griven was getting fummed but if I stepped in I'm certain Xavier would snap at me and I'd snap back. Long story short a huge alpha to alpha fight.

"FINE ASSHOLE!" Griven snapped in her alpha tone. Well that's a first.

Once she left Xavier sat in front of me,"So this war is going to be big I'm sure about that." I nodded,"And I'm not sure if Brittany is going to bring witches into this, but you have to promise me one thing." I looked at him with a willing face also a confused one. "Promise that at least one of us will live and return back to Heaven. It'll be the best if we both do but she can't lose us both."

I didn't even have to take a double take I nodded and shook his hand, I didn't want Heaven to be mateless but still it'll hurt her really bad if she loses even one of us. "So what do we do now?"

"We get prepared for tonights war." I got up from where I sat and walked over toward the training area, I had so much anger inside me from knowing Heaven was hurt before we met but this won't happen any longer.

I was sweaty like crazy since I was training hard core, I stopped finally and took a sip of my water while walking over toward Xavier. "Let's get ready the war is in a few." He nodded and walked over to announce to everyone to get ready.
