On the day of the big Arden P.S. Talent Show, I was super nervous because I was going to be performing. The whole school was going to see my play the guitar! I was going to be playing "Drive By" and "Bruises" from Train. I was practicing for almost a whole month. When I got home, I changed into a jean jacket, a Ramones T-shirt and some black skinny jeans. The good thing was it was after school, so I could practice a bit. After supper, it was time to leave I grabbed my guitar of my shelf and headed for the car. When we got to the school my Mom and Dad said good luck, and then I headed towards the stage. "First up Kate McFeardy, with 'Dear Heart'", announced Joely Hayes, the host. After about four presentations, it was my turn. "Now Joey Grant, with 'Bruises' and 'Drive By', Joely said. I was in the washrooms at that time, getting my hair ready. But I still heard her. I walked through the hallway, towards the stage. Just before I got there Chelsea said to Joely: "Joey must not be here, I'll do it for him". Joely looked arund, and then said: "Well I don't see him so sure". I was walking up to the curtain then, so that's why she couldn't see me. So she sang both of my songs, and I just sat there beside the curtain. Just then, Joely walked down the stairs and she saw me. "There you are! Do you want to go after Chelsea?", said Joely. "No, it's fine", I told her. "Okay', she said back. After the whole show we drove home and my Mom kept on asking where I was but I didn't answer. THE END

I was hanging out with my boyfriend Jonny, by the playground the other day. And Chelsea was just sitting on the other side of the playground. I was gonna ask her if she'd like to talk with us, but me and Jonny never get to spend time together. But Chelsea came over to us. "Exuse me guys, can I speak with Molly?", Chelsea asked. "Sure", we said together. Me and Chelsea walked over to the empty basketball court, and then we sat down. "How'd you get him?" "He's not the cutest!?" Just then Jonny walked over.
