"Are you going to take me to the park today, Kia?" Leah asked.

I was in a bad mood because of what my momma had told me but I couldn't take it out on Leah.

"Yeah Leah. Go downstairs for a minute. I'll be down to take you in a second, okay?"

She nodded and left my room.

I sat in my room feeling miserable. My mother had just ruined my life and the sad part about it is that she told me out of anger. I decided I should call, Nova and see what she was doing.

"Hello?" I said.

"Hey, baby. Whatsup?"

"I miss you guys so much, auntie."

"We miss you more. Have you talked to your mother yet?"

"Yeah and she told me Ford isn't my father. I- is that true, Nova?"

She sighed. "Yeah, baby, it's true. Why did she do that to you like that?"

"She was angry cause I was taking Leah with me for the weekend."

"I really don't know what's going on with my sister. I'll probably be back in town in a few weeks, I'll talk to her then."

"Okay."

"I know that you have a brother, though."

"A brother?"

"Yeah. His name is, David."

"David? That's my ex boyfriend's name, how ironic."

We both laughed. "Yeah but he lives in France with us. So, it's definitely not your ex boyfriend. They just got the same name."

"Oh. I would definitely like to meet him. I would like to meet all my siblings." I said.

"You probably have quite a few siblings. Your daddy was a little man whore."

I laughed. "How's my cousins?"

"They miss you very much. They're at the mall right now though."

"Well tell them I said hey. How's your hubby doing?"

"He's doing great. We're all doing fine down here."

"Lucky for y'all. My life is a disaster."

"Don't say that."

"It's the truth but I gotta go, auntie. I'll call you later."

"Alright, bye love."

"Bye." I said and then hung up. I sighed and got out of bed. I took a quick shower, brushed my teeth, and did my hair up into a bun. I put on a white crop top and put on some ripped shorts. I was officially ready to take Leah to the park.

"Leah come here!" I yelled.

She ran up the steps and into my room. "Yes?"

"I got you a couple new outfits." I said and took out a bag full of clothes.

"Thanks, Kia!"

I took out a outfit that was super cute. It was a pink and white shirt and some pink shorts. I had bought her some pink sandals that looked cute with the outfit.

"Did you take a bath?"

"No." she said. "I never take baths."

I sighed. My mom was horrible.
