Dippers Tragedy

Death or Life

Mabel's grip on dippers body was unbreakable, her tears gently rolling down her face and then onto dippers next to lifeless body, dippers blood stopped creating a pool around his body, but now it was still, mabel was getting blood all over her, but she didn't care, she only wanted dipper to be ok. Mabel placed her hand on dippers chest to feel his heart, it was getting slower, mabel hugged dippers body tighter as she knew that may be the last time she ever feels her brothers heart beat. Ford slowly walked over to mabel and placed his hand on her shoulder, "mabel, the ambulance is coming, they wont be long..." Mabel did not look up, but she tried to speak through her sobs, "well *sob* they need to get here quick *sob* i don't want dipper to die" mabel began crying even more, her tears rolling onto dippers shoulders, ford knew nothing he could say would make her feel better, so he stepped back and waited for the ambulance. After five minuets of waiting the ambulance was finally there, ford showed the paramedics to dippers body, when the paramedics got to the body, they looked at each other, scared, then they saw mabel hugging the body, one of the paramedics nodded and the other walked over to mabel and said in a comforting voice, "hey sweetie, you are gonna have to move, we need to take him to get help" mabel didn't move, she only sobbed more and shook her head to say no, ford then walked over to mabel and he then began trying to lift her away, mabel began screaming and shouting no, she was holding on as much as she could to dipper, she didn't want to let him go, but eventually, ford managed to pry her from dipper, she was kicking and screaming more now as she saw the paramedics get dipper onto a stretcher and carried him to the back of the ambulance, at this moment Stanley came running to ford and he looked at the ambulance with sad eyes, he then looked to ford and said, "you go, ill take her" ford nodded and put mabel onto her feet but she then sat down and curled up into a ball and began crying more, Stanley walked over to her and placed his hand on her shoulder as ford ran to the ambulance, after ford got into the ambulance one of the paramedics shut the two back doors and ran round to the front and got in, then the ambulance started to drive away, mabel stood up and began running after the ambulance, she was reaching her arms out as far as she could, trying to reach the ambulance, but she had no luck. Stanley caught up to her and put his arm round her, "come on mabel, lets go get in my car and drive to the hospital ok" mabel looked up at Stanley, her tearful eyes shined in the slowly setting sun, she wiped the tears from her eyes and quietly said, "o...ok grunkle Stan.." Mabel got up and kept her head down all the way back to the shack, Stan was trying to make her happy but nothing worked. When they got to the shack Stan sat mabel in the passenger seat of the car and told mabel to wait one second while he ran back into the shack. Stan looked for Wendy or Soos, none of them were there, so he quickly grabbed one of mabel's shooting star sticky notes and wrote on it-
'Dear Wendy or Soos, me mabel and Stanford have gone to a hospital with dipper, there was an accident, kept the shack safe and close the gift shop and remember, if i find anything missing, you are both fired!  From Stan'
He placed the sticky note on the cash register and ran back the car and got in the drivers seat, he put on his seat belt and looked over to mabel who was staing out the window sobbing, he frowned and said, "look, mabel, i know you are sad about your brother and heck! Who can blame you, but i promise, he will be fine" Stan smiled as mabel slowly turned her head to Him, mabel let out a little smile and then went back to looking out the window, Stan then turned the keys and started the engine of his car and began to drive to the hospital.
Mabel sat quietly throughout the whole car trip, even when her favourite song came on, she was worried about dipper but somehow after thirty minuets in the car she fell asleep.

MABEL'S DREAM (mabel's Pov)

The doctor turned to me and looked said, "i... Don't know how to say this..." He began to say, "but... Your brother is..... Dead" my heart sank and a lump formed inside my throat as tears began to build up in my eyes, mom and dad were upset too, mom placed her hand on my left shoulder and dad placed his hand on my left shoulder, dad said, "its going to be ok mabel..." Then i began to cry and i then ran out the room and into one of the hospitals hall ways, no one was in the hall way so i ran, i ran as fast as i could, but all i could hear was dippers voice, always teasing me inside my head, i closed my eyes and just ran, when suddenly there was a big smash. I fell out the 10th storie window! I was approaching the ground fast, i was about to hit the ground.

REALITY (Third Person Pov)

Mabel woke up in a sweat and screaming, she looked around to see where she was, then she let out a sigh of relief as it was only a dream, Stan looked over at her and asked, "mabel, sweetie, are you ok?" Mabel didn't answer back but just rested her head against the car door and sighed, Stan said that the journey was almost over and that they would be at the hospital in about 15 minuets.
Stan found a spot to park in the hospital parking lot, he got out and went to the other side of the car to open mabel's door, when Stan got to her door he saw that mabel was crying against the door, so he opened the door and mabel shot her head round so she could see Stan, Stan saw her eyes were filled with tears once again, "mabel, you gotta take your seatbelt off now" Stan said in a somewhat comforting voice, mabel slowly turned and pressed the button to release her seatbelt, once she had done that she got out the car and tried to run to the entrance but Stan stopped her, "woah kid, whats with the rush?" Mabel turned to Stan and yelled, "IF DIPPER DIES I WANT TO TALK TO HIM ONE MORE TIME!!!" Mabel was looking into Stan's eyes will the last few tears still in her eyes, Stan signed and let her run to the front desk. Mabel quickly asked the nurse at the front desk where dipper pines was, the nurse replied with, "dipper pines, he is in emergency ward, room 3b bu-" mabel cut her off by shouting to Stan "come on grunkle Stan!" She then began to run to the place the nurse had told her. Mabel found the room and burst in the door and saw ford sitting in a chair next to the bed and a doctor standing the other side of the bed, everyone in the room was quiet, all you could hear was the slow beep that happened every few seconds, mabel shout at the doctor asking, "is he still alive!?!?" The doctor was shocked but he responded, "well, yes, but we fear for not much longer" mabel then ran to the side of the bed as saw dipper covered in bandages and wires, this sent her heart into a cage of sadness, she then began crying and shouting, "DIPPER!!" She fell to the floor and whispered, "please don't die dipper, i need you..."

DIPPERS MIND (Dippers Pov)

It's dark, i cant see anything and all i can feel is a pain that was worse than i could ever imagine, suddenly i saw a light, i decided to run to it as i hated being in the dark, the light looked white and was really bright, as i got closer it began to hurt my eyes, when it began to hurt to much i stopped running and sat down, i was thinking about where i am, what i was going to do, wait, OH NO, MABEL! I stood up and began looking around franticly trying to find her, i was calling her name at the top of my lungs, after i shouted about fifth-teen times i fell to the floor and said, "mabel, where are you, i need to see you" a tear began to roll down my cheek when i said that, suddenly, a strange voice called to me, "maybe i  can help with that" i didn't bother to look up so i just shouted back, "and how could you do that!?" The strange voice laughed and then said, "i can give life back to your body" i sniffed and wiped the tear off my eye, still not looking around, "r...really?", the voice responded again, but this time it said something that sent a chill down my spine, "yes, pine tree, you KNOW what i can do" i rushed to my feet and whispered to myself, "only one thing in this universe calls me 'pine tree', and thats....." I turned my whole body round and saw who the voice belonged to, i was right, it was Bill!
