You were the sister of Jai Brooks and your Boyfriend was none other than Zayn Malik of One Direction.

You felt really lucky but one problem was this, that your brother didn't like Zayn at all, he never approved to your relationship with Zayn. He always thought that you will end up getting hurt because of Zayn.

You tried to convince Jai that Zayn is a nice guy and he loves you alot, but Jai never believed in that and still continued to hate Zayn.

Today Zayn was at your house, while your parents were gone out of the city for your aunt's wedding, but you and Jai didn't go because of your school.

Jai had plans to go out with his friends but as soon as he saw Zayn in your house, he canceled all his plans and decided to stay with you two as he didn't trust Zayn.

You were in the kitchen, cooking dinner for you guys, while those two were sitting in a really awkward silence, in the living room. Jai's phone rung and he went upstairs to receive his call, while Zayn was still watching football match in the living room.

You, while on the other hand were trying to take out the plates from the upper cabinet, when a glass plate slipped from your hands and fall straight on your foot, injurying you, which made you scream really loud.

Zayn came rushing to the kitchen, only to find you on the floor, clutching on to your injured foot, which was bleeding a lot.

"OH GOD! What it this?" He came panicking, towards you.

"I...I...was...plate..fall," You tried to tell him, but only few words came out of your mouth as you couldn't stop crying.

"Baby, what have you done? You're really hurt." He said, holding your foot to stop the blood.

"What the hell just happ--- GOD! (Y/N), WHAT?" Jai came rushing over to you.

Zayn quickly picked you up bridal style and the next thing you know, he was taking you to his car.

"Where are you taking her?" Jai asked, following you two.

"Can't you see? She's hurt! We have to take her to the hospital!" He snapped at your brother.

"Give me the keys, I'll drive." Jai told him, sighing.

Zayn gave him the keys, while he sat at the back seats of the car with you.
He placed your foot on his lap and tried to wake you up since you were getting unconscious and woozy.

"(Y/n) Baby, wake up please." He held your hands tightly, but your grip losened on his hand and soon everything was dark.

Zayn's P.O.V:

"Jai, drive faster! She's...she's.... she has FAINTED! YOU NEED TO DRIVE FAST!" I shouted, panicking.

"I...yeah..we're almost there." He also panicked.

Soon we were at the hospital and (Y/n) was in my arms, I shifted her to the strecher and they took her to the OPD.

After a while, the doctor came out of the room and told us that she has lost a lot of blood and that she needs blood, but they didn't have her blood type in their hospital, and if they don't get blood for her now, then it will be difficult for them to help her.

"What's her blood group?" I asked the doctor.

"It's (your blood group)." Jai and the doctor said at the same time.

"I'll donate the blood, we have the same blood group." I told them.

"You don't have to do that." Jai said, looking at me.

"Jai, she's my girlfriend and I love her, you believe it or not, but I can do anything for her and I'll do anything to save her right now." I said, he just nodded and patted on my shoulder.

After two hours:

After donating blood, we were waiting for the doctor to come and give us the good news, I was really worried and tears were continuously flowing from my and Jai's eyes.

Just then the doctor came out and, Jai and I rushed towards him.

"Is she okay now?" We asked at the same time.

"Yes, she's completely fine now, you can go and meet her." The doctor said, smiling.

I gave out a long sigh and went inside the room, she was in.

"Hey Baby, how are you feeling now?" I asked, giving her a kiss on her forehead.

"I'm fine now," She smiled.

"You scared the hell out of us," I said and she chuckled, when Jai entered the room.

"Hey Baby sis,"

"Hey Jai,"

"How are you now?" He asked, staning next to her hosital bed.

"Better," She replied. He kissed the top of her head and then looked at me.

"Thanks Zayn," He said to me.

"For what?" I asked him. To my surprise, he came and hugged me.

"For saving my sister's life," He said, as he pulled away from the hug.

"You don't have to thank me for that, as I said before, I can do anything for her," I replied, smiling at her.

"Sorry for showing hatred towards you, but I guess you're the right guy for her and she'll stay happy with you." He said, giving I and Y/n a smile.

I smiled and nodded. When I looked at (Y/n), I saw tears streaming down her eyes.

"Babe? Why are you crying?" I asked, gently wiping off her tears and rubbing the back of her hand.

"Thank you for donating the blood, thank you for loving me and saving my life, Thank you for everything. I love you Z." She said, smiling, and tears welled up in her eyes.

"I love you too my princess." I said and leaned in to kiss her.

"Ughhh.. guys not in front of me. Eeeeeewwww," Jai groaned, making us laugh at him.
