Best friend Break Up

You were lying on your bed, with your hand resting on your stomach, which was hurting a lot because of the time of your month. Few tears escaped your eyes, with some low sobs, at midnight. Zayn was fast asleep beside you, but when he heard a loud whimper and a sob which escaped your mouth, he quickly woke up and turned around to face you.

"What's wrong boo?" He asked you, placing his warm hands on your back, soothing you.

You quickly sniffled and wiped your tears, turning around to face him.

"Are you okay?" He asked, but you kept quiet.

"Boo? Tell me, why are you crying? Does it hurt a lot? You want some medicines?" He asked, getting up and sitting beside you, when he turned on th bedside lamp.

His eyes widened as soon as he saw your blood shot eyes and tear stained cheeks.

"Y/n, do you want to go to the doctor?" He asked, wiping the tears off your face.

"No, I'm fine." You managed to say, with your clogged up nose due to crying whole night.

"Tell me what's wrong? You're scaring me." He said, with worried eyes and soon you broke in front of him.

"Hey, hey, it's okay. Stop crying, just tell me what's wrong?" He said, pulling you up and hugging you, when he rubbed your back to comfort you.

"Y/BFF/N and...I... I had a fight right now, and sh-she...she told me to never t-talk to her again. She said.. she said, she doesn't need me anymore. She ended our friendship. She ended everything. I don't... I don't want to end things with her...she's my best friend, Zayn." You cried in his arms, while he stroked your hair.

"What happened between you two?" He asked still hugging you.

"Everything was fine, we were just texting eachother normally, but then I tried to talk to her about something and...and we ended up fighting. I didn't want to fight, I was having severe mood swings and it just happened. She told me to never talk to her again.. and she told me to leave her alone." You told him, while sobbing and he kissed away your tears.

"It's fine, she's going to be fine. You both will be friends again in a matter of time and will forget what happene-"

"But she said she doesn't wanna talk to me anymore," you cried, cutting his sentence in the middle.

"Baby, it's fine. Friends fight everytime, I also have fights with my friends but we get along again in a matter of time. You guys will be normal again. Just stop crying okay?" He said, holding your hands, and kissing the top of them.

"What if she never wants to talk to me again?" You asked him and he chuckled.

"You and I both know that would never happen. You guys have been friends since you were kids and you both will soon find your ways again to patch up." He said, smiling at you and you whimpered because of the pain in your stomach.

"Tea, coffee or hot chocolate?" He asked you with a smile.

"I'm not in the mood," you said, lowering your head.

"I'll make hot chocolate," he said and got up from the bed, heading towards the kitchen.

Soon he came back with two cups in his hands, and handed you one, while getting under the comfy blanket beside you.

"Drink this, it'll help." He said, smiling and you gave him a small smile, back.

"Thanks, Z." You said, taking a sip from the cup.

"What do you want to watch?" He asked, flipping the channels of TV.

"Nothing," you answered, resting your head on his chest, and he kissed the top of it.

"You can't say 'No' to your favourite movie," he said, chuckling, when Edward and Bella's face appeared on the big TV screen in your shared bedroom.

You chuckled and nodded, beginning to watch 'Twilight' with him and you could tell that he wasn't interested in watching it and kept on yawning the whole time, but still watched it for your sake.

"Zayn, you don't have to watch this with me. Sleep, you have to go for work, early morning." You said, kissing his jaw.

"I'm fine. I'm not sleepy, I just don't like my girlfriend drooling over some guys in the movie." He said, laughing which made you laugh along with him.

"They aren't the ones who I love," you said, looking at him.

"It's you," you added, giving him a kiss on his nose.

"I love you more," he said, leaning over to peck your lips.

"Let's sleep?" You asked him, yawning and he nodded.

He quickly kept the cups, aside and turned off the lights, cuddling with you. You both soon drifted off to sleep and the next day, your door bell rung, early in the morning, making you both groan.

You began to get up, but Zayn stopped you.

"I'll get it, boo." He said, giving you a kiss on your cheeks and got up from the bed, walking towards the door.

He came back in along with Harry by his side.

"Hey, Harry." You said, getting up and sat straight on your bed.

"Hey, Y/n. You look terrible, are you okay?" He asked and you nodded.

"Yeah, I am fine." You said, giving him a smile and he came and sat on the edge of your bed.

"Y/BFF/N had been crying a lot since last night, and I can tell that you've been doing the same." He said, while looking at you.

"How's she?" You asked him. Your best friend was Harry's girlfriend.

"I brought her here, she's in the living room." He said, and you narrowed your eyebrows.

"You guys need to talk," Zayn said, and helped you get up from the bed.

You walked out of your bedroom, along with Zayn and Harry, and found your best friend sitting there with blood shot eyes, which matched yours.

Awkward silence was filled in the room, when Zayn fake coughed.

"We'll leave you two alone for a while," he said.

"No, it's fine, Z." You said, stopping him.

You moved towards your best friend and quickly engulfed her in a hug.

"I'm sorry," she said, while hugging you and so did you.

"Can we sleep peacefully now, since everything is back to normal?" Harry asked.

"Go back home, get some rest. We'll see you guys later." You said, smiling at both of them.
