2 ½ months ago Tommy Moore's summer party
Jen meandered through the monstrous house packed with drunk, gyrating, sweaty teenagers. The place was already trashed. Jen grabbed a beer hoping to drag out her buzz a couple more hours before heading home. A large sweaty body slammed into her, she felt herself heading straight for the floor and she knew she was going to hit it hard. Her knees landed in something sharp and before the rest of her followed a large muscular arm caught her around the waist and set her back on her feet.
"You okay?" Chris, the tall blonde football player, grinned down at her. "Greg doesn't move as gracefully when he's drunk as he does on the field."
"Yeah, I think I'll be okay." Jen glances down at her knees and sees the long cuts oozing blood.
"Aw man, come on I think Tommy has a first aid kit in his bathroom."
"Oh you don't have to..."
"Naw come on, my momma raised a gentleman." He winked back at her and ushered her up the stairs.
In the bathroom he lifted her onto the sink and took out the first aid kit. He wiped away the blood and picked out a couple pieces of glass.
"This is going to sting." Chris sprayed something she assumed was peroxide on the cuts and she winced. Then he stuck on a couple Band-Aids. "All done." He stands looking proud of himself and Jen giggles.
"What's so funny?" He stands arms akimbo.
"Nothing, you." She hop's to the floor.
"Me?" He crosses his arms blocking the door.
"Yeah, you're cute." Jen reaches up and cups his cheek smiling.
"Cute, guys aren't cute, we're handsome, hot, sexy..." He stops when Jen giggles.
"And cute."
"I'll show you cute." He lunges at her grinning and she shrieks dodging and runs out into the hallway laughing. She opens a door and it turns out to be a bedroom, before she can move she's lifted off her feet and tossed on the bed. Jen giggles and leans up on her elbows. His hands come down and start tickling her sides. Jen laughs harder and harder.
"Uncle, uncle, please I can't take anymore." She gasps and giggles. His hands come to rest up beside her head, he was laughing too. They catch their breaths. His face was close to hers, their eyes meet, all laughter faded away. Chris leaned down grazing her lips with his. Jen twines her arms around his neck and pulls him back. She gasps as his lips nibble their way down her neck. Chris rolls onto his back with her straddling his hips. He tugs her shirt off and with a flick of his wrist unlatches her bra. Jen blushes and raises her hands to cover herself.
"Don't." His voice was hoarse; he gently pulls her hands away. His eyes on her made her tingle from head to toe. He cups her breasts gently and brushes his thumbs over her taunt peaks. Jen couldn't suppress the moan of pleasure or the roll of her hips. Jen tugged him into a sitting position and kissed him, pouring her passion into it. They tugged off their remaining clothes and he gently stroked her, bringing her closer and closer to release.
"Have you ever done this before?" He asks gently.
"No." Jen whispers.
"It's going to hurt some."
"It's okay."She pulled him down to her and canted her hips up. He positioned himself at her slick heated core and pushed slowly. Jen could feel herself being stretched and the fleeting pain of intrusion.
"Jen, you okay." She could tell he was holding back.
"Yes, please don't stop." She gasped when he started to pull back. She could feel her body reaching, with every thrust she felt herself going higher and higher closer to that explosive moment. He slipped a hand between their bodies and stroked that sweet spot in time with his thrusts. Jen exploded, her how body quaking she screamed his name.
"Chris!" Her legs locked around his waist as he rode her through the storm and he came gasping her name. Chris rolled onto his side and tucked her into the curve of his body.
Jen felt him kiss her cheek and mumble something about going to get breakfast before he left. She fell back asleep seeing that it was only eight and didn't wake up again until someone shook her arm.
"Hey wake up." Jen groggily lifted her head and saw and anxious looking Tommy peering down at her.
"What?"
"Have you seen Chris?"
"He went to get some breakfast."
"Yeah four hours ago."Jen jerks her head towards the clock, it was twelve fifteen.
"He hasn't come back?"
"I thought you'd know seeing as you..." Tommy gestured at her and the bed and she blushed. "Maybe his mom called him home."
"Yeah, maybe, um could you..." Jen glances at her clothes and at the door. He got the message and back tracked out. She pulled on her wrinkled denim skirt and white baby tee, stuffing her bra in her back pockets. She tied up her converses and shuffled downstairs. There were a few people who had crashed last night still there and they were all gathered around the TV. Tommy waved her over.
"We're here at the scene of a three car pileup at the intersection of Stanly and First. Witnesses say that the red ford explorer came down Stanly and failed to stop at the light, hitting the passing silver Camry and continued through the intersection until it hit the white ford pick up on the other side. The young man driving the Camry was pronounced dead at the scene, the driver of the Explorer is being taken to Calverson general and the driver of the Pickup was thankfully able to walk away with only minor injuries. We'll have further information on the accident tonight at five."
"That was Chris's Camry." Tommy mumbles. Jen clutches his arm and bends over at the waist, her stomach was trying to empty yesterday's lunch. "Sit down I'll get you a glass of water." Jen sits and tucks her head between her knees and starts' taking deep breathes.
The funeral was a week later. Jen stood next to Tommy clutching her handkerchief feeling uneasy. Tommy had proved to be a good friend through this ordeal. Jen didn't have real friends to start with so having him to lean on was a real godsend. He had her tucked into his side throughout the ceremony his eyes shimmering with tears. He and Chris had been good friends.
"Jen are you okay?" Tommy knocked anxiously on the door.
"Yeah." Jen sniffled.
"I'm coming in." Tommy pushed the bathroom door open and saw Jen sitting on the lip of the tub holding a pregnancy test in her hand.
"I'm pregnant." Jen looked up at him her lips trembling. Tommy took the test and saw the very clear display reading pregnant. It had been a little over a month since Chris had died in the accident. Jen had come up to Tommy's front door holding a pharmacy bag looking nervous as hell. He was as floored as she was at the results.
