A few years have passed and Charlie and Jess are now in year 9. Charlie Rundle has come out as bisexual not many people minded she received a few jokes but it was nothing she couldn't handle. Charlie and Jess had grown closer and closer people joked that they were going out but they were just friends. Charlie joked about being in love with Jess as banter. They had planned to go shopping with each other tonight after school. They were looking forward to it as it was only going to them rather than going out with a big group of people. They did enjoy being with all their friends but it wasn't the same they had only known their other friends for 3 years.
"Hey Jess why don't we have a cheeky nandos while we are out tonight"
"I would love to but I don't think I have enough money to pay for my meal"
"Don't worry I'll pay and you can pay me back later when you have the money"
"Are you sure? Oh my god you're a great friend"
So with the money situation sorted they were even more excited for the trip out.

It was 5:30 and Charlie and Jess were out. They were messing around pretending to hate each other even though everyone could tell they were best friends. They were in nandos now. Everyone was looking at them thinking that they were a couple. Jess went to refill their glasses with Pepsi. When she came back she found a note next to her food. It read:
Jess I have been feeling these feelings for a while now and I've never been able to say it to you so I thought it might be easier to write it down. I know you don't feel the same and never will but Jess I love you. Whenever I'm with you my heart flutters and I feel like nothing in the world can harm me. I know it sounds cheesy but it's true. Jess I love you so much and I really hope this doesn't ruin our friendship
