I wanted to try take my mind off things by going to the the garage to try get some work done, but it wasn't really working, apparently I'm in shock from anything, which is probably right, but I need to do something.
I put my head down and get to work, it was more difficult then I thought, my body and my hands were shaking.
" he's not coming back for me again," are the words I keep repeating to myself," I need to be the tough Debbie that everyone things I am."
I keep trying to get work done... But it's just not work. So I lock up the garage and leave.
I walk down the road then I see the forest opening, so I walk down and decide to go for a walk.
It's quite a sunny day, but a bit chilly, but I don't care... I'm not going back for a jacket... I feel free here.
I wonder round, as I feel my phone ringing, I quickly pull it out of my pocket and answer.
" hello?" I ask.
" Debbie! What happened!? Where are you?" I hear my dads voice shout across the phone.
" wait... What do you mean? I'm fine... I'm out for a walk," I say worriedly.
" shit, you need to get here now!" He says In a firm voice,
" dad, your worrying me... What's happened?"
" Pete.... Cameron has him," dad whispered.
My mouth opens in shock, " why in hell would Cameron have Pete?! He's not even proper family!"
" I don't know Debs, all I know is you have to get here now, Aaron's already a searching for Pete, so you need to get to me before u do any searching! " dad says as he hangs up the phone.
I quickly put my phone back in my pocket and run up the first path.
And sooner or later I find myself back at the square, I run over to the garage and I see a smashed window.
I turn round at all the glass around me, and something is caught in the corner of my eye, I bend down to pick up a phone.... Cameron's phone.
