So it has been 4 days, turns out I couldn't get home on Monday, but I might be able to get home tonight if all is well.
Everyone has gone to go get something to eat, but I wanted Aaron to stay because I haven't had a chance to really speak to him.
" so you might get home today!" He says as I give a little smile.
" you alright?" He asks.
I look at him with worried eyes, " what if he's out there Aaron! He tried to kill me, he very nearly did.."
"No don't say that debs, he'll be spending life in a cell, plus I will never let anyone hurt or touch you again."
I say nothing.
" talk to me debs," Aaron says looking at me with wide eyes.
" I just feel depressed all the time," I say not making eye contact with him.
He looks at me not knowing what to say, " you'll be fine debs, you just need a couple days out of hospital."
"No Aaron, I've got 3 holes in my body, a couple of days out of fucking hospital isn't going to do anything!! Espically if he's still out there!" I scream as a nurse comes in.
" everything okay? " she asks.
" yeah, we were just talking about...." Aaron say unsure how to finish off the sentence.
" we were talking about who's going to go out to walk our dog..." I say shrugging my shoulders.
" yep, aw our little dog."
The nurse looks at the both of us in a weird way and walks into the room and sits on the end of my bed.
Me and Aaron look at eachother confused, " tell me then!" She says.
" tell you what?" Aaron says.
" all about your dog, we can compare dogs!! Mines called butternut, and he's a poodle."
Me and Aaron try not to laugh seeing as we made up the dog, " ours is called Barney and its yay high,"I say trying now to laugh.
" oh cute! What kinda dog his he?!" She asks getting more and more excited.
" a black and white one," Aaron says as I squeeze me eyes shut and start to cough so I don't start laughing.
Before she could ask another question I butted in," actually I'm tired, think I need to rest a bit before I get out later on."
The nurse nods and waves goodbye, " I'll hope you see you and Barney in the future!!" She says leaving.
