Raina walked down the dingy hallways of the pizzeria carrying a flashlight and a candy bar in her pocket. She turned a corner and walked right into boards. She was at the right place.

She removed the boards only to find and cluttered mess. And something glowing in the back corner.

She thought of the worst when she tried finding it.

She stepped lightly and out of place.

There it was. Her key to her own ultimate power.

The crystal ball, known as kirst rea mana, which roughly translates to good and powerful ball of great mischief in a semi forgotten language.

She slowly removed it from the pedestal, when something startled her.

She turned around.

It, was Vincent.

She quickly made the ball invisible and levitated it over her head.

He was frowning at her and her discovery.

He knew.

She panicked, running to some boxes before Vincent could grab her and shatter the ball, ruining her only chance.

She silently caught her breath, for the choice of using magic and also heavily exercising wasn't very smart.

She looked at her hands.

Her nails were gloss black and the remedied purple lines sprinted up her wrists once again, forming symbols that only her sister could fully comprehend.

Raina's breath quickened, feeling her hair pulling itself back. Tying itself up into a neat pony tail.

Vincent had found her, and he wasn't happy. He couldn't locate the kirst. So he backed off.

Raina cried knowing she had lost her stealthy ways, because of a nonmornal finding out.

She wiped tears away, but found blood staining her hands, and little handmade gashes running down from her lower eyelid to her cheeks.

Raina woke up nearly screaming and tears were in her eyes from all the stress.

She spun her chair to find none other than grape face himself looking over her, with a look of actual worry.
She felt her hair. It was down and very crazy. Good.

She quickly looked at her nails.

Glittery purple.

She checked her wrists.

Nothing. She breathed heavily in relief.

Nothing but a broken star written in purple wrapping her wrists.
