A future to remember

Chapter 7

I just came back from my parents' house. Had dinner with them . It was great but then mom decided to break the mood down by asking me about the blind date. She was impressed that I didn't let her down this time and actually went to the Blind date.

I said to my mom that it's just the first date we don't know what will happen next right? Okay from my perspective , Brian is quite okay. Well like I said we just had out first meet. We can't conclude anything yet .

Let's see after the Tennis date. I have a feeling that Brian might jest be a friend to me not more than that but I'm fine if it's something more. I have to get to know him more . He told me that he was forced by his mother to go for that blind date . Just like me. Lol no wonder our mothers are  best friend. They have same thing in common. Wishing that they can get they children to settle down .

I washed up and get ready to bed. As usual I had ready my stuff for tomorrow. I read a few pages of my currently favourite book before I went to sleep.

currently morning. I got up early today and set up a light breakfast . I packed some food for lunch too. I'm a homemade person. I don't really enjoy eating outside food. Not that I don't eat outside food but only on special occasions. 

I arrived at my office and was greeted by my PA ,Anna .She did a brief of my schedules for the day. Looks like have some free time I guess. Only to meetings and one phone call to make.Nice ! 

"Is that all Ms Lee?" i asked.

"Just one more. You received an email from Marvels. "she said.

" Ouh really? Okay thanks Anna. You may go now."i said before I checked my Email.

So Marvels sent me an email more like an invitation to a movie premiere. One of their movies called ' Guardian of the Galaxy'. I been waiting to see it since I saw the trailer a few weeks ago. I'm a Marvel fan actually. A movie lover but because I've been so caught up with worked I only watch movies at home.

Going to this event could get me sometime of from work. So I decided I'm going to this movie premiere. It's going to be held on Saturday which was in 2 days from today.

"Nice having business with you Ms Yoon"said Mr Raymond, from the other end of the line.

"My pleasure Mr. Raymond. I see you soon for the runway."I said and then ended the call.

My jobs were done for the day so I off to hunt some clothes for the event. I left early today and went straight to 'Vintage Galaxy' which was Stephanie Kim's boutique. 

She was the one who had worked with me about 3 weeks ago. She's a good friend of mine. We met about 2 years ago at a fashion magazine event. We're quite close. We had worked together on a lot of projects. So now I'm supporting her clothing line. 

Something about her clothing line that I really like because it suits my style. A bit bold but simple. I took a red long sleeve chiffon blouse top it with a leather jacket. I love leather jackets the most. I have a few at home but this one totally a new one. It can be added to my collection. Plus the design was very different from what I have at home so just nice to wear it on a special night. I added a gold earrings to make it look a bit stylish and not just plain .

I went home straight after that and cooked some dinner. Then I repeated my daily routine. wash up - get ready for bed- read a few pages - sleep. A bit boring wasn't it? But whatever that's my life people.

Finally it's Saturday and I was getting ready all my outfit for later tonight when I received a call from Brian.
