A/N: You can skip to the part where the role swaps begin because this is the very beginning of the story. Sorry if it's too boring to read, because I also have another AU to work on. Just picture and hear the game intro, sound beeps, and those asterisks (*).

Long ago, two races ruled over Earth: HUMANS and MONSTERS.

Frisk: *(gets up and walks to Flowey)

(BATTLE SOUND)
Flowey: You see that? That is your SOUL, the very culmination of your being! Your SOUL starts off weak, but can grow strong if you gain a lot of LV. What's LV stand for? Why, LOVE of course! You want some LOVE, don't you? Don't worry, i'll share some with you! *(winks and makes a funny face) *(Pellets come out) Down here, LOVE is shared through... Little white..."friendliness pellets." Ready? Move around as you can!
Frisk: *(INJURED)
Flowey: *(demon face) you idiot. In this world, it's KILL or BE killed. Why would anyone pass up an opportunity like this!? *(surrounds you with bullets) DIE. *(EVIL LAUGH)
* Bones come outta nowhere and blocks the bullets away.
Flowey: ???
* Gasterblasters come in and aim at Flowey.
Flowey: O_O *(gets hit by a bone and is thrown away) OW!
ROLE SWAP BEGIN!
* Fallen Down and sans remix plays. It plays with the instruments of Fallen Down but the tune of "sans."
Sans: *(comes in) heya. you might be new here. ... that expression... *(winks) the flower really gave you a scare, huh? anyway, the name's sans. sans the skeleton. i am one of the caretakers of the RUINS. i come down here to see if any of you kid fall face flat. now, my brother papyrus... he really loves to challenge you humans who fall down here. he's done it seven times. *(winks) i told him that he hit the jackpot. eh, until you came in. *(shrug) guess the number increased to a crazy one and lucky no more. so guess what, kid? while i guide you through the catacombs... *(winks) your gonna need some tutorial from me first.
