"Madison? Can you come and sit down here? Mommy and Daddy have something to tell you." She nods and climbs on my lap.
"What's wrong Mommy? Did I do something bad?"
"No but we wanted to tell you something exiting."
"Ok"
"Madison your mommy is pregnant."
"There is a baby in your stomach?"
"Yes."
"When will the baby be born?"
"In six months."
"That's too long to wait."
"Yes I know but before you know it the baby will be here. And you can help us with everything till the baby is here. What do you want the baby to be? A boy or a girl?"
"Ok. I'm happy with a boy or with a girl all that matters ist that we will get a baby."
"So your exited?"
"Yes. It's the best present Santa could have bought me."
"That's very sweet of you Madison." She nods and continues to play with her dolls. She will be the best big sister every a baby can have and I am exited that Ian and I will have a second child soon.
