Anyway, onto the subject at hand! Celebrities! For this weeks issue I have decided to base my main focus on Selena Gomez! She started out as a Disney Channel babe to a music sensation! Her songs are amazing and get us grooving to the beat! Selena has had many hit songs including "Love you Like a Love song baby" to "Naturally"! We love them all!
But what has got us up and dancing at the moment is her latest pop song that have that little extra special kick. "Come and get it" is one of my all time favorites! It's different from her previous singles as it features electropop and Indian music. Two completely different styles of music but both work amazingly well together in this song! The song also had a strong commercial success, peaking inside the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100. It also came 7th in the Pop songs chart based on radio play. This made "Come and get it" her first single to reach the top 10 in the Hot 100 with all her previous musical efforts failing to reach this goal. This song also had success in Canada reaching the top 10 in the Canadian Hot 100 chart as well as in New Zealand where it reached the top 20 in the singles chart. So you can defiantly see how world wide Selena Gomez is. She is a wonderful singer with foot-tapping song and a beautiful bunch of curls on her head!
